This review is difficult for me to write because I have developed a rapport with the employees in the year I have shopped here, but it's important that consumers are made aware of the potentially harmful products they're using. Everyone has read the reports detailing the amounts of chemicals and residual pesticides found in a number of their cartridges but the contamination apparently doesn't stop there. I recently purchased some flower and when I opened the bag I noticed the distinct smell of mildew. I have cultivated and used cannabis for three decades and the odor is unmistakable. I broke open the largest bud in the 8th and found the heart of it was completely inundated with mold/mildew *the photo I have uploaded. When I returned to the dispensary and requested a refund or store credit I was told that there was nothing management could do and I could send an email with this photo to their corporate HQ. The contaminated flower is still being sold after being shown irrefutable evidence that it is in fact tainted. Again, this negative review is not directed towards any one employee in particular but towards the corporate entity as a whole. You're responsible for ensuring that the products you are offering for sale are safe for consumption and apparently there is a miscommunication in your QC department. I have included an excerpt from a Leafly article on moldy cannabis; 'Smoking moldy weed is dangerous and in extreme cases can cause death. People with immune system issues, asthma, or respiratory issues are at the greatest risk. It can lead to Increased trouble breathing, Heart palpitations, Coughing, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headaches, Aspergilloma – Mold growth in the lungs and Pneumonitis – Inflammation of the walls of the alveoli in the lungs'. This is not a 'fear-monger' sensationalized opinion written by someone with no actual knowledge of the plant attempting to dissuade people from consuming cannabis, this is a heartfelt warning from an avid cannabis advocate who believes in the healing properties of clean cannabis and transparency in the industry.

The white lady in today 5/16/24 at 2:17pm attitude was stale and kind of stank. No greeting like the others in the store did .. after purchasing my items there was no thank you have a good day. I said thank you and there was no your welcome. Nothing lol just rude. She stood there with this look on her face like she did not want to be there. I’ve never had this type of interaction coming here. I almost told her can I go to another counter. Nothing friendly about her vibe. As far as the other employees I’ve always felt welcomed and their positive energy.

There was absolutely no other customers in the store and the merchandiser couldnt wait until my transaction was done to rudely ask me if i can get out of the way so he can check his display.

My transaction should of been a lot smoother and quicker if the new items he was so urgently putting on display to push were better organized so my budtender could quickly and easily find them on the sales floor.

I understand as a former budtender how messes and disorganized large inventory can get so im patiently waiting but to interrupt my customer shopping experience like i am in the way when there are absolutely no one in the store that early in the morning and you literally could of waited until i was done and gone.

Yall lucky your prices are so competitive.

Also if it was so urgent to get me out the way for the display to be updated, then the other staff member standing there, awkwardly watching my transaction take place, should of jumped in to help my budtender find the items i want and asked about.

Not to mention the night before I literally had to badger and bother my budtender to get the new local brand items that he didnt know dropped and totally disregarded my initial request. I had to ask him to check the system multiple times and he told me bad information like they were in transit, come back tomorrow, etc then i spotted the 1 display in the shelf. Then he searched for it behind the counter which also took too long cause there was that awkward air lingering from him mansplaining stiizy’s live menu to me. And he didnt even show me all the...

Five Stars for Rachel at STIIIZY! My Go-To Budtender As a returning customer, I always appreciate the efficiency and great selection at STIIIZY, but I had to write this review specifically for Rachel. It’s the little things that keep me coming back, and Rachel consistently elevates the entire experience. I was in yesterday feeling a bit overwhelmed by all the new drops, trying to find something that hit the sweet spot between chill and deep relaxation. Rachel instantly recognized me from a previous visit, which is incredible given how busy this store gets! She took the time to walk me through the all of the new flower that they just got in and I hadn’t tried yet and compared it directly to my usual flower preference, making the technical details easy to understand. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about her recommendations. The strain she suggested was absolutely perfect—exactly the effect I was looking for. She turned what could have been a quick, transactional stop into a personalized and informative session. Rachel truly sets the standard for customer service in the industry. She’s the reason I’ll continue to choose STIIIZY over the competition. Thank you for making me feel like a valued...
