Never visited a jewelry store before so I’m not exactly sure what I expected but whatever my expectations were, they were beyond met. I came in for a simple repair and didn’t guess anything would be too difficult and I assumed correctly as the very nice woman who helped me made the process of repair and polish as swift as possible, I really felt as if my problems were priority to these kind people. And the atmosphere was very warm and comforting with great furniture, kind staff, concession stand, and THE PUPPY. I had an heirloom diamond necklace from my late grandmother (that was actually her original engagement ring) that I brought in to be remade into a more practical piece of jewelry I would be able to wear on a daily basis. Oscar et al created a beautiful solitaire and eternity band that is not only more modern and my own personal style, but more wearable than the necklace ever would have been. He was also able to create both of these in less than two weeks. Jackie was also incredibly helpful in the design process. Superb customer service. Simply incredible! 10/10 would recommend. Oscar, owner of The Jewelry Store, is an incredible craftsman, artist, and ethical businessman. He made my husband’s incredible wedding ring from scratch from part of a plane that was meaningful to my husband and he knocked it out of the ball park making sure it was just as desired, creating a special and unique piece. There are only two jewelers I have found or trust on the planet with his level of kindness, honesty, and artistic eye. He is one of them and the other is many states away.
