Im almost completely paid off with my product and needed some time to make my payment just a few days late. I get a call at work from a guys named James. I told him not to call me at work and I hung up on him. I had just spoken to him the week before he called to ask about me making a payment and my payment wasnt even due yet. They never get the paperwork correct and when I went in to talk to Bill I ask that he didnt call me at work and he treated me. So I asked that the owner or manager contact me. They dont give a crap about the customer. They think that they have all the right to treat you badly because they hold the contract over you. My suggestion is to not get in business with this Aaarons in Alamosa CO. These guys there are very unprofessional, rude and overall just bad business...

Great used washer and dryer. The reason why i gave it 2 stars. We signed a month to month contract payment with this company, reassuring that this was the finally cost of the pair machines with no hidden cost. We did try to pay in full right away, just knowing the bad rep. with contracts are. He insisted that month to month was a great offer. We were right, long story short we ended paying double. Wow! I just went to pay my bill yesterday. The cashier was very rude. Typing like she was mad that she had to wait on me. Grunting like she didn't want to be there. I am sure glad I am almost done with my payments. I am going to take my busy down the road. I don't need to be treated like that. She even gave a fake smile when we were done.
