7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Alamosa

When you first opened, customers came first and the employees actually cared about making conversation and smiling just being nice in general. The past 5 times I’ve went is why I’m making this review. The employees roll their eyes, they don’t even look at you anymore and they will prioritize talking to each other or people they know in cars that have already paid and got their drinks for what feels like forever. I’ve applied because I loved the atmosphere at first but now I don’t want to go just because of the employees making me feel like I’m inconveniencing them. I don’t even tip anymore because of how I get treated everytime. Unbelievable and unacceptable. You guys were great at first then you stopped giving a damn about your customers. I have been coming to this location since it open and have ordered thousands of drinks already (and I'm not just saying that my 7brew account shows it) and the last handful of times maybe a few more they have got my drinks wrong every time it doesn't matter what I order and then when I tell them that's not what I ordered the employees get upset at me like I told them the wrong order and it is frustrating. I am at the point that I don't feel like I will be going back anymore which makes me sad because I did like this establishment at first.

We love this place, however, after the last employee that took my order told me I was rude for having him repeat my order to ensure they got the order correct, I won’t be coming back. I literally got to the window and one of my drinks was wrong. That is why I wanted to verify he got the order correct. I used to go there often.
