Don’t waste your time or money here! I’m quite disappointed having to give this business a one star because I’ve eaten here years ago, and it was just fine. I’ve decided to come here after all my go to spots were closed. I ordered off their “preferred” online app, and it was simple and easy. However, once I got there they informed me that the bahn mi sandwich could not be fulfilled due to lack of bread. It would have been nice to get a call from them saying that but sure whatever not a huge deal just as long I could get a refund. They then told me that they could not give me a refund and I would have to contact the app. It was late at night so I knew customer service would not pick up from the app, and wanted to make sure I had all the information before leaving the store and situation. They could not provide me where on the app, their number, even my order number, or her own name. Not exactly the best feeling when you paid for a good, not getting it, and then the producer basically telling you to figure out how to get money back yourself One slight good thing I do have to say is that one of my other order came out! woo! However, it was also really disappointing. So disappointing. I ordered tofu fried rice. On the online app it said it comes with assorted vegetables and your choice of meat. When I got it was just tofu and rice. I thought they got the order wrong and went back in. I confronted her, and she told me the menu in person was different as it was vegetables OR tofu. I showed her the online menu saying vegetables AND tofu and that’s what I expected, and she proceeds to tell me “I don’t know” I wasn’t exactly hoping for a refund because apparently she does not know how to do that, but at least some corrective action. In the middle of the conversation she picks up the phone to another customer, and I angrily left. The fried rice itself was tasteless, lacked major flavors, and simple tasted like soy sauce and loads of oil. It was obviously not stirred well as there were lots hard clumps of rice bonded together with soy sauce.

I come here a few times a year. Most of the time Theres a really mean looking server lady , probably the owner. Than sometimes theres a bunch of nicer asian servers working here. I know the service can be terrible at times because they are busy or Because they just suck that day. But my family comes here for the food! The portions are enough for us, the meat in the combination pho is brisket and other meats like meat balls and tripe and rare steak. While other people complain about the fatty pieces in the pho …they must never had “Brisket” because that is a fatty meat. I love the pho here and its one of my favorite! The broth is authentic and they dont put alot of sugar like other restraunts. I always get Nem noung fresh rolls, and pho combo. There bun bo hue is also great! We will come Again!

Seems like a popular place for Military break time. Service was alright. Maybe it was just our bad luck. My spicy noodle soup was mostly fatty beef strips. Disappointed in that. %90 it looked like fat stripped meat with only one good strip of beef. Noodles were a hit and miss on being soft or hard. Mothers beef brocolli tasted odd. Like that old beef after taste. Brocolli wasn't cooked much. The Pho Siagon in the Diamond mall is better quality food than the one in tikatinu commons. Save your money. Go to the diamond Pho Siagon.

I went here because you see pho places everywhere. I never had much interest in Asian food places besides chinese buffets every so often. But if pho wasn't good, it wouldn't be so popular. It was close to the base so it was a good lunch spot. I've never been to a pho restaurant before. I was godawful tired of the base chow hall, Burger King, Wendys, and occasionally McDonalds so besides the pricey Tempura Express, I decided to take a chance at something new.

Woo hoo, what a find! I was a bit nervous walking in there, expecting nasty looks from the hostess and waitresses when trying to order but thankfully it was mostly empty and a seat-yourself place. The place has booths along each wall and tables down the middle which is an optimal arrangement. I slipped into a booth and a girl came by and gave me a hard-covered menu. The menu had lines and lines of entrees which I probably won't live long enough to try all of them. I ordered water and beef pho with meatballs. It was excellent. I broke up the greens they give you on the side and drowned them in the broth. The greens added some natural warmth to the noodles which I liked and overall the lime flavor made the whole dish sing.

So in the end, I really enjoyed this place and the $10.00 for a bowl of pho and water was a good deal for lunch. I see lots of military there for lunch and for the cherry on the top, there's a newspaper box right outside...

We decided to try this place because our go to spot was closed at the time and I had looked at the reviews and I thought we’ll this place seems to serve good food and reviews seem pretty good! Why not ?

We get to the restaurant and weren’t sure where to sit so we asked if it’s to sit yourself (which it is-cool!) we sat and we got some time to order, as we order we had a few question about their menu items (wings) and we just got hit with the only sauce wings have are ketchup lol .. we were looking for like a Thai sweet sauce (close to what I can think of) which my husband mentioned and they just looked confused.. Then I ordered the beef mix pho, but I wanted to substitute the other meat (tendon) for tripe and they said they would have to charge me extra $3 for it…I was like oh okay never mind, but it was an uncomfortable moment asking the server this question, because she just stared at me like I was asking a dumb question and I had to look over to my husband like if I asked something wrong? Fast forward she just seemed to not be in a mood and the service was just one of those things where it took over the experience of enjoying our food! The wings were honestly nothing to die for and they were not seasoned in any way just crispy (I liked the crispness of it atleast).

I would love to give them another chance, but honestly I’m not sure if it’s...
