Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Albany

The customer service is so bad and lacks plentiful patience and efficiency in speed. James spoke way too lowly (in dragged mutters) and actually caught an attitude with me when I was making my order because I asked him to repeat himself, and this was only once. He also felt the need to tell me what I did and didn't tell him upon my first attempt of stating my order to him. He had to cancel my first order because he forgot an item, which I stated before ordering my other items. I know what I said, and if there's anything that I hate when eating out, is the employee telling me what I did and did not say instead of just humbly fixing or adjusting THEIR mistake to MY order; your input isn't needed and I should be the one upset. I never get frustrated with fast food workers (in their face), but I did with him. He made me regret paying for my order purely based off of his attitude. Someone else needs to be in the front tending to the customers and someone else needs to be in the back tending to the food as well, because it took the woman in the back way too long to complete everyone's orders. I and another woman (who was there before me) waited for 30-35 minutes; that's my folly, and I would have left if I hadn't already paid. Despite my suggestion of position switching, the woman in the back was the only friendly worker there between herself and James. I wasn't aware little caesars had to go to online app to order beforehand, when i got there- the guy at counter was quite rude to several people including myself.

I watched as guy literally shoved the one customer's order at him and slap the extra dipping sauce guy asked for politely was slapped hard on the customer's box as worker told him don't make a habit out of asking for anything extra nearly causing the guy to drop his order. I tried to download app to my phone while I was inside waiting my turn, when I asked the guy if he could help me to get app to allow me to order- he replied if you can't order then you can't hangout here- this open for customers only. I'd had enough of his rudeness and left. Little Caesars no longer sounded good, we drove across town to get Papa John's and was greeted warmly and in minutes had pizzas. I was working in an area stepped into the establishment and stood at the counter for about 10 minutes I yelled hello hello someone finally came to the counter and said somebody be up shortly place my order which was crazy bread with extra cheese and butter and I wanted a lunch special cheese only upon getting my order she put mozzarella cheese on my crazy bread stay not ask for extra cheese and that's not what I wanted I wanted the regular parmesan cheese on my order my lunch special was just a cheese pan pizza where she tore up the bottom crust of the bread and just gave it to me very unsatisfied with my order...
