I’ve been in here twice now. Just moved to Albany and got my best friend shortly after. He’s an Alaskan malamute. I found this place due to the high star reviews and let me tell ya. Amazing place just like the reviews say. My dog suffers anxiety and is underweight when I got him by almost 20 pounds. The people here are extremely knowledgeable. There was a gentleman the first time and a lady the second time. Both very knowledgeable. The gentleman recommended the dog peanut butter with CBD in it to help with my dogs anxiety. He referred me to a lot of different things to help gain weight until I get him to his check up appointment. I will always be going here for my dogs needs. Recommended to my roommates as well. Where do I start?! Sniffanys Pet Boutique is the best pet store in town! You can find all sorts of essentials for your pets. They have a cookie case with cookies for dogs (My dogs sure love them!). They have a lot of raw dehydrated treats suitable for all dog types and sizes. The owners Angie and Joe along with their awesome staff are amazing, super helpful, and very knowledgeable! Both Angie and Joe answered all my questions regarding raw diets and helped me transition to raw food for my two dogs. I should also mention that Joe is an amazing pet photographer. His work is displayed around the store and is absolutely beautiful. I did get pictures taken for one of my pets a few years ago during the holiday season and they came out so beautiful. I can't say enough good things about this shop. The employees are so helpful and friendly. Their selection is top notch and they have a ton of unique, fun finds to look through. They are so sweet with your animals and will get on the floor to play with them and help you try on harnesses. We have a precocious Jack Chi puppy and a seven month coonhound who is as naughty as she is sweet and a trip to Sniffany's is like a visit to their young, fun grandparents.
