Have done business with Tom and company at ACS for over the past 10 years and they've always done a great job in restoring my laptop whenever it became infected with a virus. However, the true test of how great these guys are was last week, when a nearby lightning strike delivered a knock-out, EMP blow to my laptop, modem, and external hard drive (and the heating element in my blow dryer to boot). Unfortunately, I wasn't home during the storm and also had left my system on, so there I was dead in the water. So I brought everything over to Absolute Computing Solutions and Tom and his team quickly went to work. While they weren't able to save the hardware: the modem and the laptop itself were cooked, they were able to retrieve all of my data from my hard drives and thus save me a fortune in time lost without it. Tom also made me a good deal on a "new", used, Toshiba laptop, a new modem, and a new external shell for my external hard drive. Within two days I was back up and fully running once again. I came here two years ago, looking for a computer for school. I was guided AWAY from the more expensive computer that did things I just didn't need. I was treated with respect and received a really good computer for an extremely good price. I got a top of the line product, with none of the kinks that come with a new model. It was LOADED with the things you actually need. Plus I got the additional items you might need with a lap top. (mouse, computer bag, precautionary tools.) for under $400.00. I haven't had a single issue in the two years I've had it. I have family members who bought brand new models at the same time. They've had a miserable time with them. I'll never go anywhere else! People who are complaining must have either gone somewhere else and reviewed these guys by mistake, or were told they weren't interested in buying the computer they were trying to sell. I've never heard of anyone not being treated with respect and being thrilled with the service and prices that went...

I go this place to see what they have because they have so many apple computers more then any other store they also have lots of computers your best bet if you come here bring someone that knows about computers they don't know how to help you and there grumpy old guys about it all there good for is giving them the money they always have some sale but don't buy any apple products from them for MacBook between 13-15 they wantly wanted over 1k for it like I can buy newer 16- and newer for that money even with 200 off still over a grand worst prices same with iMacs and looks like no one ever goes in there the items are as old looking as the guys that run it brought a computer to sell he said my best bet is selling it on my own I'm sure he said I could sell it on tinder so take...
