I come into the store at least once a week to get supplies for my business. Most of the time I have a pretty Pleasant experience. Today the lines were a bit long and nobody really seem to mind. But everybody in line including myself listened to the manager complain about one of the employees not getting up to back up cashier fast enough. She and another employee said that this young lady was āridiculousā and that they had called her up to the front multiple times. My complaint is that if you have an issue with an employee you should speak with that employee instead of bashing her loud enough for everyone to hear. Iām in management as well. Maybe you should take into consideration that possibly she was having a feminine issue or possibly an anxiety issue and maybe ask her what was going on privately. Listening to this manager talk this way about this young lady really put a sour taste in my mouth. Just an all-around nasty lady. I hope that this young lady has a good explanation for what took her so long to get up front but like I said nobody really seemed to mind. Take a different approach with your management. Why don't you install a video seveillance system instead of having your bigoted, judgemental staff follow ppl all over? I have had the experience where employees ( ALL, EVERYONE oF THEM White) have come up to me pretending to be "friendly" while looking at my dog's stroller, my cart.. Ā Ā Ā Read moreOk.. So first of all we had a great experience here.. We found exactly what we needed with the help of an associate by the name of Sofia.. She knew exactly where everything was that we needed, we got a discount because of a sale on glassware AND she wanted to wrap each individual glass we bought.. She was EXTREMELY nice, she didn't ealk too fast with my foot being a boot and all and she asked us how our day was going!! Younger girl but knew her store and was at the register when we were checking out.. SOOO friendly and I will absolutely go back to this Hobby Lobby if just to be greeted by her.. There is someone from the younger generation that has manners, is respectful, is helpful and is very professional!! She had to deal with a snooty monster lady in line in front of me that literally threw her money at her that she had to get on the floor to pick it up and STILL told that *itch to "have a nice day!"
