Twisters Burgers and Burritos — Restaurant in Albuquerque

For years I ate at this place weekly, for the past month it has been an extreme disappointment with today being the last straw. For an $8 burrito, it sure would be nice to actually find the burrito in the bottom of the Styrofoam overflowing out the sides with a lake of red chili. I pour the chili sauce off the top (cups of it, it seams) to not even find a burrito, but a tortilla just folded over and carne adovada just laid in. Not even a smothered burrito, carne soup with a tortilla on the bottom. And I had to wait at the drive thru window for over 10 minutes for that! Not waiting in line, I paid and sat at the window for over 10 minutes. I have not been this disappointed in Twister's since 8 years ago (been ordering the same thing at the same place, EVERYTIME) and they messed up my burrito 3 times in a row. First I went thru the drive-thru, had to come back for right burrito and walked in, got second burrito and went home to find it was still wrong, came back-got the MGR-and my third burrito...I cut it open right there at the counter in front of the MGR....(3rd burrito) STILL THE WRONG...

Came and ordered burritos for my family. My husband asked if they had traditional refried beans. They said yes, so we ordered that with different ads ons to each burrito. One had the incorrect ad ons. All of them had regular beans, so I went inside to have it corrected. They then informed me that they don’t have traditional refried beans. They instead just cook the beans twice, leaving them full sized beans though. When I explained what I was wanting they asked if they could make me something else instead and I said no. They gave me a hard time about getting my money back, but eventually after about a 20 minute wait and a call to their GM I was allowed to have my money back. Had I not been made to feel like this was my fault or had I gotten my money back sooner, ie without having to call the GM just to get my money back, I would be happy to leave a better star rating. Accidents and misunderstandings happen, and I definitely understand that. But if/when it does, bite the bullet and help out the customer. Instead of being confident to return here, I’ll just...

So, so incredibly sick and tired of Twisters not listening to you when you order food from them. I crystal clearly, multiple times asked for fries on the side. WE DO NOT LIKE THE FRIES ON THE TWISTERS BURRITO. I asked nicely for the Regular Twisters burrito, fries on the side, and xmas chile. He then proceeded to ask me what size burrito after I just said REGULAR TWISTERS BURRITO. Then, I repeated my order for the Regular Twisters Burrito with fries on the side, xmas chile. I get home and my girlfriend opens the bag and finds her burrito smothered with fries... Something she hates with a passion. So she gets EXTREMELY angry and I have to spend a full 10 minutes trying my best to remove each and every soggy disgusting French fry from her burrito. This place used to be such a great place for fast food back in the 80's and 90's. Now not so much. And I ordered the chicken sandwich only because I was expecting to have a box of fries on the side, so not only was her meal ruined,...
