THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! MUST READ I went to this location to pick up a tux rental for a wedding. When I arrived, I was not greeted, not a “we’ll be right with you” nothing. I went to the register to wait for an employee to help me. I understood the employees were helping other customers, so I waited my turn respectively, as any other human being would. A women went to the register I was waiting at, did not acknowledge me, did not even look at me. I was taken aback, but continued to wait. Another employee went to the same register, and did not have the common courtesy to make eye contact with me.
The conversation went like this:
Employee: “what do you need?”
Me: I am just here to pick up a tux rental, I haven’t been helped yet much less greeted
Employee: “well did you sign in?”
(Mind you I have never been here prior, so I had no idea what he was talking about)
Me: No I have not, where is the sign in?
Employee: “you can find it the same way you came in. If you want us to help you, you need to sign in. can you move out of the way so I can help this customer”
I was so in shock I was spoken to that way, I just moved and went looking for the sign in sheet.
After signing in, I just waited for someone to hand me a tux. A different male employee approached me asking for the information needed for pickup. He made it even more difficult by making a comment that a woman is picking up a tux.
After dealing with this I got in my car and could not stop crying. I have never been treated so much hatred and disrespect in my life. I was in no position to drive home safely, so i sat there. In my car. Bawling. For 20 minutes.
After making a phone call the following day speaking with a store manager, he said he knew exactly which employees were working. He stated that he would have a talk with them. Wedding day is here, and come to find out, ALL groomsmen had horrible customer service from Men’s Warehouse. Sadly it was the making comments, their rudeness, they would not listen to the groomsmen preferences on fittings, and their ignorance. For the day of returning the tux rental, the store manager said he spoke to his manager about how the entire wedding party was unsatisfied and might give them a discount. I highly doubt they will be doing anything to make this right. The event is over, the tux’s are returned, they have their money. I will never being doing business with them ever again. I will never recommend this horrible place to anyone. They do not deserve their “Best of the City” award. They deserve absolutely nothing. I’m so disgusted...
Read moreAs an avid shopper of Mens Warehouse I can say out of all the locations in state and out this location has the worst service period. You'd figure after 4 employees, one being the manager see an individual in a suit looking at suits that it possibly might be profitable to ask if he'd like help. Nope, instead Chuck gave me a half hearted "I'll be right with you and proceeded to restock shirts. One if the ladies who I asked where a specific item was just pointed in a direction and didn't bother to lead or even assist. After browsing for about 30 mins the same girl comes over to ask if I need help while I'm in the Mens warehouse website. I mean I get an email for a sale of 60% and BOGO, what did they expect from a person wearing suit coming in? Window shopping!??! I even spoke to Chuck on the phone who had the nerve to tell me they were busy and he wasn't restocking. Yeah I'm blind, not only does he fail to delegate profitable priorities but has the gusto to insult his perspective clients intelligence. Boycotting this location. Besides Chicagos downtown location has better; deals, prices, service and selection. Three weeks ago I got a suit for $150 and bogo. Calvin Klein even thanks to a good guy named Rohan. Here I got ignored, insulted and...
Read moreOverall worst experience I could have possibly had. It all started from the beginning. When me and my groomsmen were getting fitted we were met with nothing but rudeness and unprofessional behavior. When time for closer everything was wrong and everyone had to get refitted. When most of the guys went to pickup their rental, only 4 of the 13 suits fit properly. Some were adjusted and some were not. I the groomsman was sent the wrong shirt which I had to PURCHASE another shirt because they wouldn’t have gotten one in in time. I was then unable to wear the gold buttons I wanted. One of my groomsman had to have his ENTIRE outfit overnighted the day of the wedding! How stressful is that! The entire time we were met with nothing but poor customer service. Overall I would never recommend Mens Warehouse for a large group as they messed up almsost the entire group. With spending close to $3,000 you would think they would’ve gotten it right and nope. It really took away from the experience of which I really looked forward to. I hope you guys can do better for future families looking to have the best experience during an Important part...
