Excellent customer service in the shop, over email, and on the phone. Was in search of a tv stand that was less than 60”, and once again Rustics delivered in the same multi-colored piece. I have three other pieces of the Cabana collection from three-four years ago. These pieces are very durable and extremely well built that they are still standing and in great condition till this day. Very professional and personable staff. Due to Covid my order will not be in for 8-12 weeks and to me that is absolutely okay because the furniture from Rustics is worth the wait because I will be able to enjoy another piece of their furniture with...

I'm so disappointed with this business I came in one day and had some prices quoted to me written down. Told them I would check with my husband and come back. Came today and they told me the price would be twice what they wrote down which was also more then the online price. He then told me they had a damaged piece they could fix and then discount for the original quoted price if I came back in an hour. When I came back they said they were wrong it would actually be higher and I couldn't get a refund. I have never had such unprofessional behavior the supervisor did not seem to care about the situation at all. BE WARNED!!...

Disappointing. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Delivery, sadly, was at the end of the window of time and cost $'s. Ok. Happens. Then unit was flawed, with a substantial ding on the top. Item was not a cheap knockoff. For substantial $'s one should receive undamaged furniture, period. So, call to boss, will replace in 2 hours (not their day used up and on my dime). 2nd try, also damaged. Is there any checking? 3rd try, ok, but took 6 hours of my time, most would have been avoided by just looking 1st on their...
