The worst place ever they are thieves and will keep your belongings all because my father made the reservation under his name I was added as a second guest mind you they still check me in take my credit card charge me and 30 minutes later kick me out saying that I wasn't the person on the reservation remember at check in they confirmed my ID but still had said it wasn't me clearly my picture is on the ID they didn't let me get mine and my 4 year olds belongings out of the room and so I got harassed and threatened By the general manager, Rohan I had to have my 80-year-old Dad go to the hotel to try to get my belongings at that point the general manager through all my belongings on the floor outside and still try to say that my dad was not on the reservation either I still have not got my belongings back. I'm still waiting for someone else to contact me because the general manager won't not contact me he was the main rude one he’s very unprofessional, Samul was the only professional one the front desk guy he knows how to deal with certain situations because the general manager there was very unprofessional was cussing was throwing our stuff on the floor walking around with a bat as if he was gunna use it or something he actually got are other property and started throwing it in the dumpster acting outrageous. Yelling at my 80 year old father telling him if he didn’t leave he was gunna slash his tires when my dad wasn’t even saying a word to him my dad and friend went to try to get my things out of the dumpster and was met with the GM standing in front of dumpster with the bat again it was so so ridiculous I could believe what I was witnessing I have never ever ever been at a more unprofessional place scarey place and people and staff I do have a video recording proof of this as well. We still missing a lot of things 1 being my new iPad and a new $230 Tineco cordless Vacuum Cleaner everyone there claims they have no idea were there at even when I showed them proof of it being on property from me tracking it they still denied having it.beware before You make a reservation there their thieves they will charge your card and try to kick you out. Keep your belongings and just harass. You just avoid going there forever. As long as that GM and Asst,GM cause she did nothing to help us either she just turned the other way as if nothing was happening never tried helping us even when we practically begged her to get my vacuum and iPad back and to do the right thing nope she didn’t even bother to call us back Just don’t even bother going to this property It'll save you a A headache and money because from the other reviews there, I'm not the only one they charge multiple times or charge and not reimburse. I'm going to report this business the Better Business Bureau as well possibly get a lawyer. This is outrageous ridiculous and I do not wish this on anybody else stay away!!! I am gonna post some photos of the general manager standing in front of a lot of belongings he threw of mine on the floor that he is not letting us retrieve at the same time taunting us telling us go get it as he’s throwing items all over I just can’t understand how someone can go to this rage we paid for our stay like any other customer we did not deserve this kind of treatment it really really got to me just how he was acting like a crazy person for absolutely nothing I’ll post the pics of him standing try to stop us from picking up my stuff off the floors or trying to get my items out of the dumpster it was just beyond unprofessional...
Read moreI stayed here for four nights and this place is the absolute bee's knees, haha. The location is in a safe area and in close proximity to other centralized areas of the city, and the property itself is quite vast, clean, and meticulously groomed. The king suite was hella spacious with a little less than 700 sq ft and it was just like a deluxe studio apartment. The bed was comfortable and the room was immaculately cleaned with a large kitchen area with a full-size refrigerator. It would have been nice to have a smart tv in the room, but other than my minor elite complaint (hell, as long as the WiFi worked and I had my computer it was all gravy, baby) everything was wonderful.
The breakfast was outstanding with an abundant amount of options each morning and the staff kept food fully stocked and the area pristinely kept; one morning I expressed my disappointment when the coffee ran out and I could only get half a cup, but then saw an additional dispenser the following morning. The amenities were top notch as I could do my laundry in the guest laundry room, and my room was conveniently in the back of the property where I could go out my room and plant my feet in the lush, green grass and energize myself with the sunlight (grounding is quite crucial). I had a perfect view of Interstate 40 and the noise could possibly be distracting for some, but I tuned it out and could barely hear it in my room.
The first full day or so of my stay there weren’t many guests, but as the weekend descended I noticed a surplus of handsome men (🤣🤷🏾♂️). Later on I discovered that a junior baseball league was staying (not to mention the state fair was in town and within reasonable distance), including their families (my previous sentence aside, I appreciated seeing the familial bonds altogether). Speaking of families, I was fortunate to encounter one whom warmly invited me to eat and socialize with them at the pool on my last full day (the pool and whirlpool hot tub and basketball court were all spectacular).
Overall, my few days spent here were luxuriously sublime and each and every time that I walked into the lobby/lounge area I was greeted with unique and attractive staff (both inside and outside). I can't recall their names, but special shoutouts to the young Latino woman at the front desk--with her hair pulled back into a bun--whom graciously assisted me Saturday evening (and whom complimented my scent, haha), as well as the young woman with the gorgeous mermaid-colored hair in side ponytails whom handled my check-out. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone thinking of staying or who...
Read moreOverall a comfortable place. Clean. That's all I can say about it. However, there are a few things to mention. I was here for 2 weeks with a professional workshop. There were endless problems with billing, charges made that should not have been, credits that made no sense, mounting up into the $1000s. It took another 1/2 weeks to get it all straightened out. The rooms, while large and accommodating, are dark. Expect two or three flights of stairs even if you ask for the ground floor or require accessible accomodations. Don't bother trying to change the situation, the desk won't listen to you. (This is illegal and should be acted upon.) The rooms are Very dark. Oddly and bizarrely designed to be dark. Small windows tha cannot be opened. The air conditioner cannot be adjusted and the rooms are cold. Even on the very hot days: Cold and dark to the point of unpleasantly gloomy. There is a lack of paper products in the rooms and in the bathrooms near the pool. The toilets and floors of the pool are a bathrooms are perpetually filled with used paper towels and tissues. The cable service is inadequate to an absurd degree. No public broadcasting...even though Albuquerque has an active PBS affiliate! No actual movie channels not geared to the tastes of small children, no news channels of any kind. The lobby is perpetually set on sports. The breakfast is sparse to a degree not seen outside of a slum hotel and gone by 8 am. Stale muffins, occasionally underdone eggs, burnt biscuits and something described as "sausage" only starts to describe the mess. The coffee? Stale, weak and burnt. (Good thing there's a coffee house nearby.) No tea. All of this is patently ridiculous in a state known worldwide for a unique and delicious cuisine. True, this not an interesting part of the city, but seriously, folks? Not even one sopapilla? Recommendation: use it only for a day layover from a flight or a stop on the way to somewhat else. And: get your breakfast somewhere else. For the money? Several...
