I actually really, really loved living here. I was surprised to fall in love with this little gem in the middle of the city. The neighborhood is a little sketch, but it is made up for by the gated security, the security guys that round all the time, the security director that lives on site that is super sweet and always offers help… Even offered to help me with loads of stuff as I was moving in and out. You have to badge to get into the lovely lobbies, and there are electric locks and bolt locks on the doors to each apartment. The sliding glass doors have locks and a drop bar. The apartments themselves are renovated and plain but cute and well-maintained. Speaking of, the maintenance guy also lives on site and is very quick and responsive. He’s kind and respectful and knows a lot. The one time he couldn’t get a part, he was great at communicating. He really went out of his way to accommodate my day sleeping schedule, which I appreciated so much. The office people were super responsive, even after-hours a couple of times. They were very helpful with figuring out my bill and are also one of the only places in town that willingly does short term leases for travelers. The billing app is simple to use. My favorite part of everything was my little private patio. I hooked my hammock to it and hung out there all the time. Not all the places have private patios, but the courtyard is peaceful and beautiful. They even have fountains that they’re getting ready to hook up soon that look like they’ll be lovely. I was worried one day, thinking I was getting ready to be annoyed, because on a holiday weekend, several guys played cornhole, barbecue, and played music. I was just waiting to be totally annoyed, but before 9 o’clock they packed everything up and went inside. Shocked! šŸ˜† I’ve also lived in apartments before where if you complained about the neighbors, you get very little response, so I never bothered complaining about my neighbor who smoked constantly (like, all hours - get a job!). Finally, on someone’s suggestion, I mentioned it to the office. They said they would look into it. It happened one more time the next day, and I complained one more time. Let’s just say, I think they took their smoking inside. I never choked on my porch again. Also, I never really heard my neighbors below or beside me. I heard dogs barking a couple times, but the walls seem quite thick. I could live here longer-term quite happily! I do wish I could give 4 1/2 stars for ONE reason… because the laundry Wi-Fi is kind of impossible. It’s a big time waster. Give me back machines that take quarters… or an option to have laundry in unit.

Hands down the dirtiest apt complex in Albuquerque. Homeless people everywhere. My friend stays here and I dread visiting her. Its so bad they delete any bad reviews and, as you can obviously see, they have been begging any and everyone to leave good reviews. Notice they were all done today?? Those people dont even live there. While neither do I, I visit often, and its disgusting.

Avoid. There are better options. When I first moved in they we're decent and kept clean. However, by the time I moved in February 2024 the apartments were not up to its original standards. There is a roach problem depending on the side of the building you're on, despite them spraying. There is nothing "luxury " about them. It's just the name of the apartments. They still have old carpeting in many parts of the building. The carpet squares need to be pulled up ,all carpet needs to be pulled up because as others have mentioned the carpeting is nasty. It doesn't matter that they have them cleaned. It doesn't pull the stains up and as it dries it smells.

The laundry room is a joke. Majority of the washers don't work and doesn't clean your clothes well. Some of the dryers are missing their numbers bc some persons when through and tampered with them. Go to laundromat, it's cheaper.

The remodel units themselves are like advertised. They are not fully renovated and remodel. So don't come with that expectation. They're decent and nice.

Overall, if you can put up with the low standards the apartments have to offer- It's a great transitional apartment for the price. Great for first time young renters.

There is a homeless issue around the complex and they do find their way on property.

Know your rights as tenant. They will try and charge you for cleaning when you move. They can't charge that $100 fee unless it's part of your lease agreement. This goes for all rental properties.

And like many apartment leasing office's out here, good luck with getting an answer or response. Just walk over to the front office.

I had my issues with Crystal Copsin. However, she got things done and responded to serious matters. She knew what she was doing. Too bad she's no longer at the complex.

Good luck with the new group...

Luxury? I have seen this place really go down in the last six months and it is not because of tenant's. They do their annual inspection of your place but management does not want to do their part. The whole place is filthy. The elevators stink, the carpet in the halls have not been vacuumed or cleaned in months. I know because there is dried out animal feces, near the entrance that I have seen deteriorating on my comings and goings for months. No one will dare sit on any the furniture in the hall's or laundry room for obvious reasons. The third floor has also been abandon by housekeeping if there is even any more housekeeping. The laundry room is a mess, filthy, cockroaches on the folding tables humidity mostly caused by the leaking and flooding of half the washer and dryers that do not work and have not for months. Most of the amenities in the ads are for show since none have ever been, working or usable since I've moved in over a year ago. If you attempt to put in a work order management will give you a hard time about it at first and accuse you of lying before they agree to do any maintenance. A whole lot of bullying, especially by Crystal who will speak to you as if you are an ignorant child who is beneath her. They monitor your comings and going and tell you which guests you can and can't have visiting. Very strange. Also verbal threats about evictions without any real and legal paperwork. This person may have been a slum lord before coming to work here. It saddens me because this place started off as a really great community and one of the best places to live in Albuquerque. I would also be weary of a place that feels they need to defend themselves over ever negative review instead of actually working on the issues. I can post pictures with...
