ZERO STARS. Made an appointment and waited 40 minutes to get at a desk. Guy asked what I wanted. I wanted fake nails. Guy gets up & turns the light off at my desk and begins helping a walk in after waiting 40 minutes already? Couldnt tell me he didn't know how to do fake nails. Sorry for thinking someone knew at a nail salon. I would have said okay just paint them then. I was just abandoned there. I kept asking around like can anybody acknowledge me or help me, anything?! The only reason I was still there is because my mom was getting helped. I'm sitting next to my mom reading her all of these reviews in the middle of the salon. These people have no people skills. The only reason they are in business is bc there's nowhere else for people to go in alex city. This place could not survive in the slightest elsewhere. Terrible way to treat people. People wait hours and hours at this place for no reason except nobody there cares about how they treat people or how this business is viewed in general....

I got there 5 minutes before 2 other girls, they let one of the girls skip me in line bc she must have been a regular, I waited 20 mins after the first girl before they started working on my nails. The nail tech did not say a word to me the whole time, she put on the tips on the MIDDLE of my nail bed then without any explanation got up immediately and checked the register, the sign-in book then sat the 2nd girl and started taking her polish off. Went Friday to get toes and nail did (gel) my toe polish came off that same day. So I went back Saturday to get it fix plus got my daughter nails and toes did (gel) her nail polish came off the same day. My toe polish came off again went today to get it fix I figured I change the color maybe bc it could be the polish, they wanted to charge me for their problem and be rude about it one rolling eyes. Why would I continue to get the same color if it continues to come off. I was faithful but I will take my faithfulness's to some other business. ($200...
