Kelli was an outstanding waitress here. YOU SHOULD COME HERE JUST FOR KELLI ITS WORTH IT. Kelli was a seasoned waitress at Ruby Tuesday's, known for her exceptional service and warm personality. She had been with the restaurant for several months, during which she became a favorite among regular customers and her fellow staff. Kelli had an uncanny ability to remember not just the orders of her patrons but also their preferences, dietary restrictions, and even personal details, making each dining experience feel personalized and special. Her approach to service was both efficient and empathetic; she could manage a full section during a busy lunch rush without ever appearing frazzled, all while ensuring that every guest felt attended to. Her colleagues admired her work ethic and ability to remain calm under pressure, often turning to her for guidance when the floor got hectic. Despite the demands of the job, Kelli never let the stress affect her service. She was always prompt with refills, quick to correct any mistakes, and diligent about keeping tables clean and organized. Her positive attitude was infectious, and it wasn't uncommon for her to brighten someone's day simply by being herself. Whether it was recommending the perfect dish, remembering a customer's favorite drink, or just offering a listening ear, Kelli went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt valued. Read moreI went tonight and they had half of the restaurant closed due to no staff. I didn’t mind sitting at a table rather than a booth. We came in at about 7. We asked for a booth, and the greeter kind of just rolled her eyes and said we have to sit at a table. I didn’t care where we sat, the fact that she was playing on her phone and it seemed like we were a bother. Anyway, the waitress asked what we wanted and we ordered our stuff. It took her over 20 mins to bring our drinks. She was just standing around talking and I’m waiting patiently. We finally get our drinks. We waited over 50 mins to get our food. And the food was cold. She didn’t bring anything we asked for. And told us, “The food shouldn’t be cold, they just put it up there” it was cold as ice. At that point I didn’t care I was hungry. I did not see her for the rest of the night. She didn’t bother to ask how everything was or check on us. Finally after about 45 mins she gave us our check. And then I asked for water she said she will get it. Well, again, she was standing around talking. I get you’re short staffed, but I shouldn’t wait 30 mins for water nonetheless. Horrible experience and horrible waitress. Never coming here again and it was my first time.
Not to mention, the woman at the bar who was working was yelling at my mother. She was upset on the service and the blonde bartender said, “You came to my bar, I can yell at you all I want” is this how you treat people? Okay....
Read moreThe steaks, beacon cheese burger and pasta dishes we ordered were all just "O.K." . The "Garden" bar, as our server refered to it in correction to 1 of my dinner guest, was severely lacking. To many of the containers to mention were nearly empty or empty. This was at 4:30 p.m. on 2/26/19 with almost a total of 12 customers dinning. With the number of people dinning, approx. 12, there was an unusual amount of time between our order being placed and the arrival of our orders to the table some 48+ minutes later. From the kitchen was heard an aggressive and LOAD discussion about the personal and dating lives of the kitchen and wait staff. The management was also chiming in and seem to think this type conversation was interesting to the customer's present, it was not. I would also like to mention that the condition of the "Hostesses" teeth were less than appealing. She was delightful but her lack of dental hygiene was NOT the 1st representative a national chain should have at the front of the store. If I were to advise others about dinning here I would say "Maybe". In a pinch and if you want to then by all means. However the server correcting my guest about the "Salad" bar, as apposed to saying the "Garden" bar, and the chatter from the kitchen about their personal lives is more than I need as a customer. I have eaten at other R.T.'s and will continue to but not this...
