We placed an online order and were fully expecting to pick it up like me and my partner do every weekday after work, But they said there wasn’t any order under our name. We pulled to the window for them to say they gave it to a different person who pulled up with the same name, DID NOT OFFER REFUND and told us to pay for our order again.
