It has been a long time coming for me to write this review, but it's better late than never. Last holiday season, like around the New Year, I came to this boutique with one of my best friends to find a gown for a New Year function. The main lady who assisted me was named Cameryn. From the first time I stepped into the shop to the time I stepped out with my new gown, Cameryn was absolutely AMAZING to me. She was so patient with me, gave me her honest opinion and was respectful about it, suggested certain items to me that I wouldn't have even thought of--but that were PERFECT for the occasion, was conversational and a joy to talk to, and overall, she was just a genuine sweetheart. The store had very clean and precise clothing and at really nice prices. I was in there looking to buy something for my mother and my best friend. I gave them two stars because of the astounding products but I felt very dissatisfied with the customer service I received. as I asked questions about the product i got very short answers and then I was followed. I used that opportunity to continue to ask questions to the associate but she gave me short answers that really didn’t help. I felt like it was better that I didn’t get anything from there since the customer service lacked. I kind of almost don't want to write my review about this store because I wish I could keep it all to myself! Every single time I walk in I end up with at least 2-3 items. They also seem to have what I'm looking for. To the point that it is now my go-to before any other store because I'm pretty much guaranteed to find the cute outfit I'm looking for. Pricing is super affordable, they've had what I needed for weddings, date night, girls night out you name it. I recently got the cutest white and grey cheetah print pompom hat and wishbone necklace.
