My experience with the staff here is very shady and they were very unprepared in the way that the guy helping me the second time i came there was asking me for the password to my phone in order to fix the front and back sides of my galaxy s8+. I proceeded to ask why and he said to make sure the camera is still working and the touch is responsive, so i pointed out how on the lower right corner there is a camera button on the screen to open the camera without needing the password as well as how he can swipe down from the top to look at notifications without needing to input the password. So then he proceeded to tell me this story about how my phone will ack differently after you turn it on and back one and he would need the password to access the features that i just showed him that be could access without it and kept asking for my password to start the work Eventhough the guy named Manor that i saw the first time i was there didnt ask me for my password to start work so thats what i told the second guy and he didnt want to call Manor back to verify as he was doing many times during our transaction. So i no longer had time to play games and i needed my phone fixed same day after already being a 2 day process with them to just get them to look at the phone before we could make sure the front camera worked witch was a hassle because they dont have wifi to cast to a tv but that wouldnt matter because they have no working tvs or even a working monitor with hdmi hookup to test phones with blank out screens. I brought my iPhone here for a screen repair and encountered two major issues:1. Poor screen quality. 2. Invasion of privacy. At first, the owner seemed knowledgeable. However, when I returned the next day to pick up my phone, I noticed the new screen was blurry. When I asked about it, he said it was a "common issue," so I trusted his explanation. Unfortunately, within a month, the screen started behaving strangely — it became unresponsive at times, showed flickering lines, and the touch sensitivity was inconsistent. I eventually took it to a different professional repair shop. The technician there immediately noticed that the screen was low-quality and had been poorly installed. He mentioned it was likely one of the cheapest options available. What was even more concerning happened the day after I picked up the phone. I checked my Screen Time settings and was shocked to see that over two hours had been spent in my photo album (He had asked for my passcode, saying he needed it to briefly test the screen functionality). I called to ask why this happened, and the owner told me he was "testing" the device. I wasn’t aware that "testing" required spending that long inside someone’s private photos. Because of these issues — both technical and ethical — I would not recommend this place. I give it one star and sincerely hope the owner can treat future customers with more honesty...

A few days ago, I was on my break from work and taking a walk down to the waterfront. In the process I tripped and broke my fall with my hands. Unfortunately I was holding my cell phone at the time. The screen was terribly cracked. I've experienced that before. However, the screen was totally blank except for a few ominous looking lines. I was so sure I'd wrecked my phone and was lowkey panicking about having to get a new one.

I googled cell phone repair near my place of work and found Tech Doc that way. It had great reviews and mostly I wanted to see if I was able to salvage this phone or not. I called ahead, and then walked over. Yonatan took one look at my phone and, to my surprise, said he could fix it in 15 minutes. I almost couldn't believe that (my phone looked really, really bad) but when I stopped by later my phone was basically good as new. Perfect screen, working perfectly, all my data still there. The price was very reasonable, too.

I know I kept babbling about how amazing it was that Yonatan was able to fix it. But really... I'm amazed at the knowledge it would take to look at the lifeless husk my phone was at the time and restore it so completely!
