I went in today with my baby in a stroller and was looking for pearl earrings. I was the only person in the store at this time and noticed the two people working the front desk were engaged in conversation. They didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in, but I didn’t mind. I then had a question about the sunglasses they were highlighting, but I didn’t want to interrupt and didn’t feel that my question was that important. I saw more jewelry near the cashier and that’s when I heard them talking about their really “smart” friend who votes a certain way. I told them that just because someone is smart doesn’t mean they should vote one way. Keep in mind I’m at the cashier when they’re having this conversation. She told me I shouldn’t be listening to her conversation and that she’s free to have an opinion. I replied that this is not a conversation she should be having at work and her other friend decided to walk me out of the building telling me to have a nice day. I felt so uncomfortable and rushed that my stroller rolled on top of another customer walking in. I will not be returning to this place. I purchased reading glasses. When I got home, they were the wrong strength and style. The associate said that this happens “a lot” and unfortunately they no longer carry them. I asked for a store credit but was told no because I did not have my receipt. I offered to show my credit card statement and again was told no. When I asked for a phone number for customer service I was told no and the sales associate (who was very nice) offered a business card with an email address and the phone number for the store in the location where I was...

Absolutely love this store! The girls working there are so on point when it comes to the product knowledge. The merch is contstantly refreshed and styled really nicely around the store too. I know I'll always find something new either for myself or as a gift for someone. I've only had to return something once and I really appreciated the generous return/exchange window (regular boutique shoppers will know what I'm talking about!)
