I took my Sony Bravia TV to 3 different electronic repair shops and was told by all 3 that I would need a new screen. A line had appeared in the middle of the screen and would not go away. A screen would have cost me as much as i had paid for the thng. AAA TV was recommended to me by a friend who had recently had a good experience with them. Right when I was getting ready to chuck an almost new 65 inch tv away, I decided to give them a try. Bit out the way for me since I am in tysons, but they came highly recommended so i thought it was worth the trip if they could fix it.
Met with George when I arrived and he could not have been nicer. we spent the 1st half hour just laughing about all the time I had spent lugging this tv from shop to shop.
I left the TV and the next day got a voicemail to go pick it up. I assumed that he too had realized that the screen needed replacing and would not be worth it. To my surprise, when I arrived the tv was plugged in and working perfectly fine. I couldn't believe it! I was so happy that I actually gave George and his son a hug! Finally after two months of running around my tv was fixed!!
Best part of all: THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANYTHING!! They said that it was just a small part that had gotten loose and damaged, it was such a small fix that they didn't want to charge me for it. He knew how hard I had tried to fix this TV, he knew he could tell me that he spent X amount of hours on it and replaced such and such part and charge me at least half of what a screen would cost, and I would have been happy! This guy is so honest that when I asked why he didn't just do that he laughed and laughed.
"30 years in this business, I have never scammed or overcharged a single customer, not ganna start with you."
They just made a cheerleader out of me. So refreshing seeing an honest man run an honest business. I don't care how far they are from me, if I ever need another piece of electronics repaired I am...

Go in, and check out their place before you give them your TV. See how many TVs they have sitting around. Ask them how many tv they have that need to get repaired...the answer will blow your mind away. They have over 200 TVs that need repair or cannot be repaired But wait, they are suppose to fix them as a "Triple A TV Electronics shop?" So instead, if they cannot fix it, they keep your money (the money you paid before you gave your TV away) then use your money against you to get a new tv, and they will only use your TV for parts.
I agree the turn around time may be quick, but the results are not worth the trip and money. Its funny how they charge you BEFORE they diagnose your TV and will never keep you informed. You will have to call them to follow up.
Good luck...AAA TV...
Read moreIf you want to give away or lose your money go to that place. This is the worst place where you can go to repair your TV. you take your tv to repair, they charge you a deposit, then you call by phone and nobody answers. when you go again they tell you that the repair will cost you double or triple what it would cost you to buy it again. The next step is to offer you a deal for your smart TV to exchange it for some old and ugly televisions they have in the store. If you want to repair your TV stay away from this place. They are scammers and cannot attend or understand customers. If I could give it less than one star I would. Stay away from this place, someone who already visited this place tells you and it is the worst experience I have ever had. They don't fix your TV and they also...
