My daughter had fun. However, I am making this low review because of the unfriendly/untrained/unprofessional staff who work there.
First of all, we arrived on Saturday March 18, 2023 at 10:15am, and the registration line was so long. After around 15 minutes of standing in the line, I reached the register, and the person who was there to assist me with checking-in was a tall and big, African-American teenager. His first question was "Did you fill out the waiver?" and when I said no, because I didn't know I had to, and it's my first time, he said "Go fill it out and come back". I asked "Would I have to re-join the line again, he said "Yes" !!!! I really didn't understand why he said that, and I think it was an improvised answer because he wasn't sure, and he looked to his colleague seeking confirming (another teenage girl), who just looked back at him, without confirming. I expressed my frustration with facial expressions that he saw, but he didn't react at all, except showing carelessness of how I felt.
The other experience I had was after 30 min, my daughter bought a bottle of water that was VERY cold. I took it from her and went to the counter trying to replace it with a room-temperature one. The guy whom I spoke to was African American young man (early 20's), shorter and thinner than average, with piercing on both nose sides and multiple piercing on each ear. The bottle was not open. I told him, in a very normal gentle tone, that I want to replace it with a room temperature one, he replied with carelessness, "we don't have room temperature water. That's the only water we have". Because the answer was strange, and with carelessness, I told him the following (with a very nice and friendly tone): "I have a suggestion. Of course you don't have to follow it, but it is just a suggestion... Maybe it is a good idea to leave 3 bottles out of the fridge, because it is winter, and some people may want to have room-temperature water". Guess what was the answer? "There is no place where to put them." !! And you guessed right. It was again, said to me with carelessness, despite recognizing that I was unhappy.
Message to the management: Your staff (at least the ones I interacted with today) need training, if not replacement. Please take this more seriously. We loved this place, but if we come again, we hope there will be a friendlier experience with your staff and I hope today disappointment will not...
Read moreI am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the incident that occurred at your trampoline park on August 24, 2024. The experience was not only distressing but also highlighted several safety and management issues that need immediate attention. On the day of the incident, I witnessed a tragic event where children were in distress, unable to breathe, and lying on the floor. It was alarming that none of your staff appeared to know how to perform CPR or provide basic first aid. This lack of preparedness forced a bystander to call 911 to get the necessary medical assistance for the affected children. The management’s oversight in maintaining a safe environment was evident. There were inadequate staff members to supervise the children or prevent them from entering restricted and potentially dangerous areas. One concerned parent suggested to the manager that more staff should be assigned to monitor these areas. Unfortunately, the manager responded unprofessionally by yelling at the parent and demanding that they leave the premises for merely voicing a safety concern. Additionally, the overall appearance and professionalism of the staff were concerning. Many staff members were visibly tattooed, which, while a personal choice, could be covered to maintain a professional environment. Moreover, the facility itself was in disrepair, with broken equipment and a lack of cleanliness, which only added to the chaotic atmosphere. I strongly urge you to address these safety and management issues urgently to prevent any future incidents. Proper training in first aid for your staff, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and having a professional code of conduct are crucial steps that need to be implemented. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to see significant improvements and assure the safety and well-being of all visitors...
Read moreTwo stars because it is fun. But it is disgusting and last time the guy was going to charge me for my baby when I’ve been multiple times and no one charges for my baby (because he’s a baby like he’s not going to be playing on the trampolines?) The place is disgusting. I feel like I need a shower when I leave. They could easily close for a day and do a deep cleaning. Soak equipment, wipe everything down, dust the walls (there’s literally two inches of dust like almost as tall as my thumb just layered on), scrub the floor. It’s not hard stuff heck pay me I’ll come do it. There’s usually only one staff member working at a time. The bathrooms need serious help and smell awful, one toilet is cracked in the girls room.
I really suggest they do a deep cleaning and a refresh. The area where you walk across the beams could go, add a fenced in area there for littles to climb and slide on things. Get rid of the extra tables by the emergency exit dooor and the arcade games and add a new gun and clean attraction there. Change the obstacle course to go the other way, two lanes with better obstacles. Move the random “massage chairs” where the tv is and put the tv near the concession area with a better selection there (maybe uncrustables and coffee and fruit cups and apple sauce pouches). Have the arcade and games all in one area maybe a claw machine too. The “party rooms” change into two rooms and then a row for guest not having a part and have curtains up to seperate the rooms.
Then work on decor like the random net in the air was clearly for something at one point?? Figure it out. Nobody wants the place to go because it’s a great idea and area to have it in and my daughter wants to go every week. But it’s so dirty and gross and needs some new things and rearranging. Hopefully they get it together it’s honestly a miracle they have a 4.0...
