This little treasure of a park is a great way to mentally escape and enjoy the great outdoors. It seemed like the paths went on forever! This is a place where I could walk all day and not have a care in the world. Our hiking group walked about 4.3 miles around the loop and even though it was hot, it was an enjoyable time. We saw geese, turtles, beautiful flowers, and a variety of birds as we meandered our way through the city on the obscure trails. I had no idea these walkways were so close to areas I drive around almost everyday! These trails make up one HUGE park system and I look forward to exploring...
