The lady at the register was being rude and racist I was looking for a vape she gonna tell me I need to see your ID after you pick one I said of course I’m aware then was like how old are you I said 21 and I have my ID. I finally choosed one and reached in my pocket to get it I pulled out my phone and my gum that’s the 35 pack of gum with pieces she then proceeds to say pay for the gum I was like i didn’t get it from here she points at an aisle and say you did. I told her ma’am there’s pieces missing and I proceeded to walk to the aisle I was supposedly in and they don’t even have that gum or even gum in that aisle. I proceeded to go get my boyfriend and I walked in and explained it how I felt Rudely disrespected so he said told me don’t worry about it he’ll get it and she said told me to get out her store. I was just at The Valero Food Mart on Jackson St today May 3, 2022 at 4:13pm. I know the owner can watch the store from his house. Because I been knowing him many years now. That white lady that works there who wears the eye glasses is the most rudest cashier I have ever met. On Friday April 29, 2022 I went in there after 8pm. She never greet my kids or me. We put our groceries on the counter and she had us standing there 5 minutes arguing with the man that she was off Sunday. And wasn't going to work. After the arguing didn't stop we left the groceries on the counter and left. Today I went there to scan one Mega Million tickets she told me no. That the store was too crowded and she didn't have time to deal with that and pointed to the play slips. Is she not trained on new technology? Because all you do is scan the ticket.
