Ollie's Bargain Outlet — Local services in Allegheny Township

Though the place has what I need, I have one complaint. This happened October 17, 2024 at around 5:20ish. Maybe if the store looks at these reviews, then hopefully the date and time can pin point the two rude employees on that shift to the manager since they didn'thave visible nametags. Two men (that were not wearing nametags) were rude to me. I was simply buying something and the one with the beard was being rude about me signing up for an Ollie's card when i said i didn'twant one. The much older gentleman at the cashier demanded my zipcode. What did he need my zipcode for? They're both extremely creepy. Please remove them. That's extremely creepy.

Ollie's is a bargain outlet store, so you shouldn't expect too much when you walk in. Half of the product they sell is cheap garbage they got cheap at a bulk auction, and some of it is so undesirable that it will sit for years without being purchased. The store itself is usually a mess, and while the employees may try to keep it relatively clean, it always feels dusty and run-down. Occasionally you may get lucky and genuinely find something nice, useful, or find an excellent deal, but it's honestly not too worth it to go in and try to sift through all of the junk just to find that one thing you might...

Visited this store on Wednesday, 10.15.2025. I like seeing what all they have but it's not very organized. Usually end up walking out with something. The real trial is getting someone to check you out. They seem to take forever and usually there is only ever one person at the registers. It's frustrating when there are 4-5 people in line.
