Never been here before, came here because my husband who is a pastry chef needed supplies for work and the restaurant supply store was sold out of what he needed. I purchased a silicone baking sheet - the product was made in Korea so the dimensions do not fit US standard baking sheets. I did not realize until I came home and he informed me it would not work. I asked the store if I could return the mat - it is still in the packaging, he didn't even open it. They have an "all sales are final" policy but you wouldn't know that until you get your receipt...after you have already completed your purchase. Still giving them 3 stars because I understand they were just following store policy and they did have the other things I needed, but this policy could have been made more clear prior to purchase. Now I'm out $20... oh well, I will just look elsewhere for supplies...

Today the day I do this review I give Lorna's a 5 star for being pleasant over the phone and also in the store in help me With my purchase. I was in desperate need of chocolate frosting and they came through. Some days I may do a 4 star review due to the fact that Some of the employees are short To answer some of the questions that you may need help with. The chocolate buttercream frosting is really good and way better than store bought. Mix it up before just trying to place it on your baked goods. If not in the cooler ask if they have any more. They only had white buttercream and chocolate whipped in the cooler out front. I will be back to purchase more. Always comes thru for my chocolate...

Lornas is great for product prices are good, customer service is awful! The old lady with glasses she is nice most The time but the other employee..... is just soo rude!!!! honestly when she is tjerei dont feel confortable to ask anything ! She would sat we dont have or we out of stock, or no we dont sell that!
