As a Hilton Honors member I would love to leave a higher review. Unfortunately, not for this location. The front desk was entirely helpful and more than kind. I believe his name was Zach. He was really sweet and helpful. Great attitude. The hotel itself could use updating in the rooms, new furniture and decor. It's over 15 years past due for a remodel. Carpets in room look to be chewed and destroyed by animals. The maids need better training as far as cleaning goes. Dirty pillows and dirty Keurig machine in room and the bathroom was super small. Nothing like the photos. Lucky we weren't too far from home and just escaped for a bit, we never stayed overnight. It was entirely depressing to see the room with no pictures. It was just plain and really depressing. We went back home to go to sleep. That's bad when you don't want to sleep at a place you paid for. Pool and hot tub needs remodeling. The lobby was clean, which was good. Everything was smooth, quiet and peaceful... just not a sight people want to see when staying overnight.

We should have known from the first 15 mins... We checked in via the app, headed to our room to settle in and found a stain on the pillow, on the bed and a couple stains on the first towel we grabbed.... So we went to call to the front desk for a replacement, but the phone didn't work!!! Aside from that, the bed was hard and the sheets/comforter were super thin. We woke the next morning all stuffed up for some reason - later to see there was mold in the a/c unit - not dirt, not dust, mold all throughout the find (my wife noticed it while cooling her curling iron off with the cool air). Gross! Well, that explains the stuffed up noses and congestion! Ironically, we had a great stay inspite of the quality of the hotel.... This was our getaway weekend for our 14th anniversary!! So, we looked past the issues and just enjoyed our time. The jetted tub was great to relax in and was probably the only reason we slept decently that night. Overall, would not recommend and will not be booking here again.

As a gold member this was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at, for a Hilton it's sad to say the least, the rooms here say about 76° during the day, it almost seems like they're controlling them from the office and if not they have crappy super crappy air conditioners because we have family across the street and there's a stain on 68 all day long everyday they've been here..... The pool is so disgusting you cannot see the bottom the pictures are lies I will update with pictures on my next post, we found three Coke cans inside of the pool but you couldn't see them because they were on the bottom in the pool was that nasty ask the staff about the pool and they said that it was cleaned once a week we watched them clean it they did not back if they didn't clean the bottom there was debris all over it literally disgusting, I've never seen a hotel only clean their pool once a week, they obviously take no pride in it, it's literally disgusting, every other hotel that I know shuts down the pool at night fully cleans it and has it ready to go the next morning the pool is green I have pictures to prove it . The nastiest pool I've ever seen , so if you want to drop thousands of dollars just to be screwed and sweat your butt off and swim in a swamp this is the place for you!!! I'll be adding another review with pictures to show everybody what this place is really like I've never been more upset I have seen Days inn in the boonies that are nicer and clean their pool and have better air conditioners than this place... A Hilton it's a disgrace to call this place a Hilton I've stayed at many and this is not it... I've never seen a pool so disgusting sticks and rotten leaves in a green like a swamp but in your pictures online they have it blue it's a lie I have pictures to prove it..spent almost 2,000 to stay at this Hilton with a swamp and hot sweaty rooms that I literally had to buy a fan just to stay cool in.... The staff just made excuses that it was the Texas heat but when we called our family across the room they sent us pictures of their air conditioner right at 1:00 and 3:00 during the day and there's was 68° and ours was 77 at one point and 76 most of the day that is unacceptable I'm disgusted and I don't know if I will ever stay to Hilton after...

The people made this hotel a 5-star stay. As a building, it was average….average decor, average beds, average facilities.|But we were lucky enough to encounter some of the nicest people during our 4-night stay. Different staff weekday versus weekend and both groups equally accommodating. The first thing we noticed was someone was always cleaning….mopping lobby, vacuuming halls, wiping tables..|I needed toiletries that I left in our prior hotel and the front desk clerk was very thoughtful—even offering things I hadn’t asked for.||But the real stars of this ship are the breakfast attendants. Yes, the breakfast itself was the best I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant…made to order omelets, pancakes, French toast or waffles, along with the standard fare. And a huge bowl of fresh fruit cut up and ready, not just an obligatory orange or banana. And they had those, too!||But the people…||Juan made us feel like we were visitors in his own home. Greeting us when we came down to the lobby, Checking on us while we were eating, striking up pleasant conversation, suggesting pecans in our pancakes (!) and overall making our mornings brighter.|Roldan was also so nice! We carried our luggage to the vehicle before breakfast on our last day and when we came back in we were treated to the biggest smile. He said he was worried we were leaving without saying goodbye or having something to eat. Amazing!|And there was also a gentle older woman working the weekend with Roldan. She wasn’t wearing a name badge, but she was the sweetest! She never stood still. …wiping, straightening, anticipating our needs. Brought syrup to the table when she saw we had waffles. Filled our empty water bottles with fresh cold water when they were sitting on our table. There were 7 adults in our group in 4 different rooms and no one could report a bad experience with any staff.||This is the only hotel we will stay at when we visit again. We have family nearby and have been coming to Plano area for over 25 years. And hopefully will for 25...

Booked our room over 2 weeks ago for a junior suite got to Texas early so decided to go to the mall while we wait for check in… about 1ish we received a call that the hotel over booked and they did not have our room. We had already made it to Texas and was extremely tired so they said the could get us a regular room and give us a free breakfast… ok whatever it is what it is so we waited and waited for an email regarding our room being available and never received one so we decided to just go to the hotel. We walk in and the the gentleman behind the desk helped us sort out the problems and get us a room. The room was extremely hot ok no big deal we will turn the air down and go eat. Come back to take a shower and the shower wouldn’t drain, decided to go to bed. I have an injury to my neck so these pillows cases without pillows are absolutely worthless and not wanting to cause more damage to my neck due to a neck injury I call the front desk for extra pillows only to be told that they are sold out???? I have stayed here before so this was NOT the 1st time. We were very accommodating that we didn’t get the room we book which makes no sense it was given to someone else, the later check in was a nuisance but again we rolled with it. I tried going to sleep but could NOT get any use out of these empty pillow cases. This stay has been nothing but a hot mess and lack of accountability. We travel a lot and yes I usually bring pillows but unfortunately not this time. I would settle for rolled up towels at this point. No extra blankets, no pillows, shower drain problems, room hot as an oven makes for a miserable stay. I honestly do not think we will stay here again. Whoever answered the guest services desk tonight was extremely disappointing in his lack of caring. Unfortunately I have 1 more night to stay so it looks like we will be buying pillows 😕 just what I wanted to buy...
