Horrible experience. First we waited around for about 30 minutes. Then finally we get someone to help us and she had the worst attitude I have ever encountered and was not helpful at all. I wanted to come for the “offer” they had posted on their Instagram and I ask her about it and she rudely said that was not this location was in the NYC location. So also annoyed that at least please specify what location so I don’t waste my time either. Horrible not...

I wouldn’t buy again it took longer than they said to make the product . The advertisement that they had on Instagram was a lie it came out double the price and I finally got the item and I’m not happy at all they lost me as a customer I rather buy from Javier the Jeweler .. They so quick to attack you to buy and when you want you ur stuff Bec it’s been more the 3 weeks the response takes forever ooo the sales rep...

Then they said that the special was only if you made a minimum purchase of $1000. I then asked about a pair of earrings .
