Aloha! I made the decision to use a local business instead of a big chain company and it was the best decision I could of made. Ordering from Hawai'i to an address in Pennsylvania online was very scary because I wasn't sure if my order was received. I had called after business hours (6 hr time difference) and decided I'll just wait til the next day and not leave a message. I was so surprised to get a call saying they saw they received a missed call, wanted to know when I'd like the gift basket to be delivered (whoa you want my opinion 😳), I was able to ask if I could get back to them back and find out exactly when mom would be home, they said you can call or text us and let us know. I was so surprised on one of the most busy weekends you're going to answer text messages and they do respond quickly. I've never received so much Aloha from a business that goes out of their way to make sure their customers needs are met and happy. My mother was so happy, she loved the basket and all the different items I was able to apply to the basket, I just kept clicking add item, size was not an issue lol. You are amazing and will definitely be my go to for making sure my ohana on the east coast is taken care of for holidays and occasions. This morning my friends mother passed away. I knew when she returned home that she would need a "strong" condolence gift basket. I called several locations who told me that they could deliver in several days and that the receiver needed to be home. This did not work for the situation. I called Jenny's. Her establishment was local to the area; did not require home attendance and she was able to make a a suggestion of wine selections.
