ALDI — Local services in Alliance

I lost my keys in the store I thought I left them in my car, the manager Autumn stopped everything she was doing at came to my car to help me unlock it she did it with a wire wow!!!!! So just to find that my keys weren't locked in my car!!!!!!! Autumn radioed the workers in the store to keep a look out for my keys she did this twice still nothing. Turns out they were left in the first cart I had before I checked out and a customer ended up turning them in to me. I was in tears of joy because of the amount of customer care that autumn showed I've never gotten that at any store I shopped at. She is an amazing soul she really really is she deserves the entire world. It wasn't until today when I found out her name but she's always there to help like an guardian angel. There is another guy there sort of short with dark hair and glasses he goes above and beyond as well they are fantastic. I will not shop at any other aldis solely because I'd rather shop here with them. Thanks...

I don't really shop at Aldi's very much but I went in Tuesday afternoon 9/19/2023 obviously I got to check the expiration dates clearly they don't I bought oatmeal cream pies not thinking that I should check the expiration dates as I got home and opened one noticed a foul taste and its stale as I looked at the Box said it was supposed to be thrown out March 23rd 2023 almost 6 months old Lord knows how much other things are old in that store I tried calling the store directly they can't even afford to have phone service in that place to get ahold of somebody will no longer...

Their exclusive brands are good, normal food without Agent Orange additives, and they get some interesting stuff in there besides the staples. However, their policy of shoving change and receipt in the customer's hand and ringing up the next customer in a hurry before you've had the opportunity to even blink is just plain rude. It cost them two stars on this review and diverted a chunk of my business. Perhaps if they had enough cashiers on hand for a change the lines wouldn't be backed up and the cashiers wouldn't be rushing...
