Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Alliance

I am editing a previous entry here that was not very flattering to this establishment. My reason is simple: The manager (Donna) knows her customer service! She called the other day and I was able to speak to her just now. She not only apologized for the error (which is more of an internal I.T. issue (don't get me started on I.T. problems and the people who create them) but also will be training her newer managers on how to work within the online system to better serve customers when cyberspace intervenes. She also is doing her very best to "Make It Right" - which is their motto. So, kudos to Donna and my family will be giving them another try. However, I will CALL in the future instead of trusting their online system. But that's not her fault.

Now...if only Papa John's in Alliance had someone like Donna running the show, maybe we'd go back there again. But I think it would take a personal visit by Peyton Manning to get me to order from them again.

I will start out by saying usually when we order delivery there is no problems. Not the case tonight .. I ordered two pizzas one with ham, pineapples and banana peppers and the other with just mushrooms and pineapples. When I received my pizza the one with ham, pineapples and banana peppers was right but the other pizza just had banana peppers not what I ordered. So I call and the person who answered the phone told me they would put me through to the store, 12 minutes later no answer. I hang up call back and was told yet again I will put you through to the store 9 minutes later still no answer. It should not be this hard to talk to someone in the store. Now let's talk about the pizza. The crust was so hard that it felt as if it were a two day old pizza and it cut my mouth. I have never been so disappointed. Should have listened to my husband and ordered Chinese take out. I never wright reviews but I'm am just so upset about this. That was 30 dollars...

It has been a long time since having pizza hut, but I loved their chicken alfredo from the past so I tried to reminisce. It's still tasty but by no means as good to the original. I also ordered a melt and wings combo because it was so cheap and it was tasty! Though the crust to the melt was a bit harder than I would have liked. Now then... I ordered my food through doordash because I had a super long day and was running on 2 hours of sleep. I was happy to eat my melt and wings, but it took me a whole 10 minutes to open the box to my alfredo because that sticker they use to seal the box? GOLD STAR 🌟. While I was so sad for those 10 minutes of battle, I was thoroughly impressed by my rival.
