Grateful to have a dispo closer.. as we were traveling 30 plus minutes. Being someone who was on the ground floor in a few different states working with and at dispensaries, my expectations/ review might be a bit harsh, if so I apologize. We have been several times to this store and perhaps it’s because I’m southern, but I was not blown away by customer service- not by a long shot, as a matter of fact I would go as far as to say I was treated rudely. There are especially two individuals that I really hope aren’t working every time I come in, I know that might sound mean, but when suffering with mental and emotional issues these things matter. The marijuana is more expensive than what you can get at say Ravenna and dosent seem to be as strong either. Overall I am disappointed with the prices as well as potency, quality and variety. Maybe when the bigger store opens they will have more well known, higher quality brands. Also, the cannabis seems to be Harsher smoke as well. But, When you are spoiled with smooth, delicious 21%-31% THC and a half ounce for 69.00 dollars it’s hard to be thoroughly impressed. I got a disposable vape and it did not work so I returned it and they would not replace it so I then tried buying another one and they would not apply the same discount they gave me on the first one trying to charge me $70 for me to replace a vape that doesn’t work. I was even OK with paying for one. I just wanted the same discount I got originally and they refused to replace the faulty one and give me a discount on a replacement

This dispensary is exceptional. The manager sets the tone with outstanding leadership, and the entire staff reflects that same level of professionalism. Every team member is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough when answering questions, creating a welcoming and trustworthy environment. The products are consistently top quality, and even while operating out of a temporary location, the service remains seamless.
