I dropped off my ring for a ring resize on 9/29. It has been a total of 3 weeks, and I have not gotten a single sign of an update on my ring. So I called customer service to see why there was no update on my ring, and it was because it was on hold due to processing. The person helping me informed me that it was because the person who put in the request did it incorrectly. Instead of putting it in as a resize, it was put in as a repair. That was why my ring was held up in processing, and nothing was being done. This is absolutely ridiculous. The fact that they would leave a ring in processing with no attempts to figure out what needs to be done for 3 whole weeks. I got no calls, no emails, not a single type of attempt to reach out and fix the problem. I purposely put in my ring earlier because I needed it by the end of the month, but by the looks of it, that doesn't seem possible. This is the 3rd time I am resizing my ring because of the inconvenient ring resizer that doesn't even accommodate the rings that this store actually sells. I had to pay out of pocket twice, and now I am still not getting my ring after 3 whole weeks. If they had a ring sizer that actually resembled the rings that they sell, then there wouldn't need to resize a ring 3 times. On top of that, they don't offer to help in any way because that is just the policy?? You made a mistake but I have to keep paying for it??? Read moreI was excited to come visit this store in person but the salesperson’s (didn’t ask for her name, she had face piercings and tattoos) dismissive attitude made me feel uncomfortable, judged, and unwelcomed as if I was bothering her by being there. As an example. I asked to see a particular cut diamond and she brought out the SIZING chart in that cut. I was staring at the pieces of plastic perplexed and upset that she was unwilling to move from her seat to showcase the brand’s diamonds. The entire visit felt like pulling teeth. I had asked her some questions to show I could be a potential buyer and all her answers were short and indifferent. It’s incredibly disappointing, especially when you’re shopping for something as meaningful as an engagement ring.
