I just moved out couple weeks ago. Here are some truth I want to share with you guys (the previous reviews are not valid to me when I first time saw the place online). And explain why I gave 2 stars to this place. Here are my reasons to allocate the stars: Environment(where the first ⭐️comes from): I really love the environment of community and the location is along to the bay. This apartment is like a resort style. This is what you can't find in the city. The parking is free here and you have a signed parking and a storage, which were really attracted me. The facilities are very good, indoor and outdoor pools around you in the community. Another Plus thing is Blackie's Pasture and Mckegney Field are at the end of Greenwood Dr. If you have dogs, this is the best place to go, which is also my favorite place too. You can also walk all the way to downtown Tiburon. Management Team( where the second ⭐️comes from). The management team is very responsive if you have any problems inside or outside your apartment. I got locked out one time. I went to the website and signed in to my account, told them that I was locked out and marked as emergency. The on-site manager Mike called me back immediately. From the time I sent out the request until I got into the apartment, it only took me about 25mins. I really appreciated! Living experience (gave No ⭐️on this, really unsatisfied). A) I stayed in a two bedrooms on the first floor. My unit was facing to one of the pool. One of the problems for living on the first floor with that location is You Have No Privacy! The curtain works literally nothing. People who walk by the unit can see everything goes on in the unit. B) The apartments are very old buildings. The walls are completely no soundproof walls. You can hear people walking, talking and showering while you are sleeping, eating, watching TVs, All The Time. C) The floor plans may looks pretty good, but the actual usable spaces are not what you expect be like. The bathrooms are very small to me. My foot was hit by the door two to three times per month. D)There are a lot of insects, flys and spiders on the balcony and in the patio. I had to clean up these outdoor areas all the time. Especially I am really afraid of these little creatures. Convenience (gave No ⭐️on this). There is one Nugget Markets across the street. And one nice Italian restaurant opens quite late. And basically that's it. Neighbors( gave No⭐️on this). A)This is a senior community that I didn't find out when I moved in. I only saw the 1. Environment as a plus as moved from city. I really regretted didn't do enough research. Otherwise I would definitely not move to here because my long-term plan is settling down, didn't want to move anymore. B) Also there are a lot of kids. They play in the pool basically everyday. And the grill is in front of my balcony. The noise and smoke is constant that I couldn't open the windows. The adults wouldn't get many chance to swim in the outdoor swimming pool because when the weather turns good. Everybody wants to get in. Here I don't mean that I hate kids. What I mean is if you are going to live in the similar unit. This is the problem you are going to face.C)Get to know your neighbors. Some of the neighbors are very nice people. But some neighbors are very.... I don't know how to describe. What I am trying to say is You need to be very careful when you doing anything in the unit. They can hear you!!!( This point also related to Point 3)
I know this is a really long review. I appreciate if you've read all of them. I believe the review I wrote is decent and rational. I am not trying to criticize anything here, but trying to tell you my experience. I really wish I could have read a detailed review here before I decided to move-in back in time. However, everyone has different needs, wants and expectation on their new home. I hope you found this...

Read moreArnie has been there since Day One. When I moved to The Cove back in early July 2016.
He's one of those innately accommodating people who greets you on the property or at your door with an easy smile ready to help. And he knows what he's doing. As I begin my seventh year as a Cove resident I can't think of a single thing he hasn't been willing and able to help me with.
In addition to being a skilled practitioner of all things maintenance, which in itself is enough, Arnie is beloved by all of The Cove dogs who wiggle and waggle in happiness when they see him walking the property or driving about in one of those blue carts. Need I say more?
Thanks Arnie. Very much.
“Can I help you put everything back on the shelves?” “No, Alberto, I can take it from here. But thanks so much for offering.” Quick with a smile, Alberto has always gone above and beyond when he’s helped me with a wide variety of maintenance jobs from replacing air filters to moving the fridge and stove so I can vacuum up all that dust back there. Over the years, in addition to his friendly helpful manner, I’ve especially appreciated his gentle way with my dogs, Sunshine, Snowflake, and Berryessa. Many thanks Alberto.
