I had the worst experience at the UPS Store in Tiburon! I sent my passport to the Embassy of Pakistan in Washington DC via their cheapest service ($4) on May 16th, but they failed to provide me with a tracking ID. Now, my passport is lost, and I'm left with no way to trace it. When I contacted them, they showed no responsibility and laughed at me, saying that since I paid only $4, they're not liable for the loss. They even had the audacity to tell me that I need to pay $16 to trace the package! Unbelievable! I lost my passport and money due to their negligence. Avoid this UPS Store at all costs! They don't care about their customers' valuable items....

When we asked if there was another location that he would recommend he said “I don’t know”. I get staffing is limited, but don’t treat your customers this way if you want them to use your location. Instead of helping, the staff acted like it was an inconvenience. I ended up driving 3 minutes to another UPS Store, where they happily helped me close my box at no charge.
