Troya is exactly what Tiburon has been needing.
This place hits all the right notes—warm, inviting ambiance with just the right amount of upscale charm. The decor is tasteful and welcoming, perfect for a casual lunch or a relaxed dinner out.
The menu strikes a great balance between vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. I’ve had the falafel pita and the falafel chickpea salad—both were excellent. The flavors are fresh, vibrant, and clearly made with care. Friends have raved about the lamb and chicken, so meat lovers won’t be disappointed either.
The owner, Berk, and his wife bring a real sense of hospitality to the place. They’re gracious, present, and clearly grateful to be a part of the Tiburon community—you can feel it the moment you walk in. Their experience in the restaurant world shows in everything from the service to the food.
They also do to-go orders, which makes it even more of a win.
Highly recommend. Troya is a standout...

Troya Tiburon is everything you'd want in a Mediterranean restaurant — vibrant, flavorful dishes paired with warm, heartfelt hospitality. The space is beautifully designed, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that fits right in with Tiburon’s charm.
The food? Absolutely delicious. You can taste the care and quality in every bite — from fresh, bold mezes to thoughtfully prepared mains. There are fantastic options for vegetarians and pescatarians, and you must try the künefe for dessert — crisp, sweet, and unforgettable. Finish it off with a cup of Turkish coffee and Turkish delights… perfection!
The hospitality is just as memorable — kind, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the guest experience.
Right now, they’re open for lunch only (10AM–3PM, Monday–Saturday), but I can’t wait to return when dinner service launches. Whether you're local or visiting, this place is a must-visit....

I could have many different meals with sides, salads, and appetizers solo, but the flavors in the burger and ribs are not to be missed.
They are very gluten free friendly, as someone with Celiacs. Plus, they’ve partnered with Marin’s Flour Craft Bakery for...
