My story: I had placed an order on their website and the order was processed. Payment was made and to my surprise all day the flowers didn't come. I called around 6pm and the call was forwarded to the owner's cell. She told me that her shop was actually closed on this day and she had no idea why the computer had actually processed my order but that she was by the shop and would take a look at my order for me. She called me back and told me she sees my order and asked if I still wanted the flowers to be made for the following day, I said yes and she apologized and also threw in a box of chocolates for the confusion. After hanging up she proceeded to make my order and called me back a couple hrs later telling me she was moments away from making the delivery despite her shop being closed!! This amazing woman took her day off and still worked and sent my flowers and I couldn't be more grateful! It was my gf's birthday and I am away from home and wasn't able to be there for her and this was one of my ways I was saying happy birthday and this owner is amazing and has my future business from now on! The flower arrangement cost $153 dollars and I specifically wanted the flowers to be delivered on Saturday, may 10th. The driver texted me on Saturday at 10 pm to let me know she was having a difficult time finding the place to deliver the flowers even though the address was clearly stated in the order. I asked why she was attempting to deliver flowers so late at night. My mom is 97 years old. She said she was going to attempt again in the morning. I asked her to call me in the morning as my mother would not be able to give directions to her home. In the end, the driver never called but texted me on Sunday to let me know that she “delivered” the flowers and placed them in front of the door. I called my mother so she could check, and she found no flowers at her door. The flowers were clearly delivered to another apartment because my mother never received them. I am Very disappointed! I bought the flower arrangement from a local florist in the same town where my mother lives to avoid this exact problem. I had a truly wonderful experience ordering flowers from Flowers and Gifts of Altamonte Springs! From start to finish, everything was seamless—and the highlight was Joanna, the owner. I placed a last minute order in the afternoon for same day delivery and she went above and beyond to make sure a special delivery was made (she delivered it herself), even though it was late in the day. Her kindness, dedication, caring and compassion really stood out.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful and fresh, and the arrangement exceeded my expectations. She didn't the exact flowers available for the arrangements so instead she upgraded the flowers and did not charge anything additional. You can tell Joanna truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her work.
