I was in here today, (11/20/23 at around 2:45pm) and the girl with long dark hair was busy making a sub for a customer in front of me when I walked in. I was standing there, minding my own business and the customer started to tell the girl that she wanted lettuce on her sandwich, to which the girl replied "one sec, let me know what kind of veggies you'd like on your sub when we get to that side, otherwise I'll forget" and she smiled and laughed a little and the customer, very rudely replied with "your memory must be really bad if you can't remember from here to there" The girl behind the counter, instead of replying rudely back, had simply called out for the other girl in the back to come help her since someone had come in behind me as well. When she came out and started on the ride lady's sandwich, the customer demanded that she use a different bread because she "didn't know what the other girl could've done to it" I was there the entire time, and you can obviously see them and see that she didn't do ANYTHING nefarious to anyone's food. The girl, Karen, complied but told her, very very politely as well "ma'am, I didn't hear what happened, but if you continue with this little attitude, I'm going to have to ask you to leave." The customer seemed shocked that she couldn't get away with talking down to a food industry worker for literally no reason whatsoever. The reason I'm leaving a review like this is because the way the girls behind the counter handled it. They were mature, calm, and very polite despite this woman being the opposite for literally no reason. They handled the situation perfectly, to be honest.
My food was also really good and the service was impeccable! ❤️ I know one girl is named Karen, but I don't know the name of the girl with long dark hair. They were both incredibly professional with the way they handled everything and had a professional demeanor about it too.

I ordered 2 beast on my mobile app. When I got the option to toast my sandwich it said "toasting unavailable" I called subway. Tracy was my sandwich maker. She said should toast my sandwich the one with lettuce. With NO problem! The restaurant part 1 ..
picked up the food , brought it home. My sandwich wasn't toasted my boyfriends was. And mine was smothered on mayo.
On the phone part 2 ..
So I called back Tracy answered the phone . I told her my sandwiches were messed up. I wanted a refund. Her manager Karen said " no refund that i needed to bring my food up there And pretty much demanded me to get food from them. And I had to get it tonight. It was getting late. The whole reason I didn't want to go up there again and asked for a refund.
At restaurant part 2
Went back to subway . You Can't see anything on the other side because they have wrapping paper covering the glass so you cant see anything going on their side. Then I asked if Tracy can toast my sandwich she said " her manager Karen said she can't do that"That she has to make it the way its ordered, but then ask us what we wanted on the sandwiched , but refused to put mone the toaster all because Karen the MANAGER said "That they don't take requests over the phone."The toaster was working fine. There's was no reason for the "toasting opinion" the app to be been unavailable. Then when i asked Tracey to put my stuff on the side in a salad bowl she said " they count the bowls and she can't do that. " the least they could done is give me a bowl and not put my topping in a bag. Ps. Very poor customer service. Waist of time and money. I will NEVER go back to this subway!! Read moreI am extremely frustrated at my visit today. I placed an online order to pick up on my lunch break along with others in my office. I arrived on time to pick up my order and it was ready. my other order under Luther was not so not so I patiently waited as they other orders first. to the 1st customer who wanted a small drink they told him he couldn't order a small because they were out of cups. he did not want to pay extra so in a degrading voice said due to the shortage of supply in America you cant get a small. to the 2nd customer who just said "hi" crystal the 1st employee told the customer I know you are in a rush but so am I. When she got to me to make the second sandwich finally she only gave me a 6" even though I paid for a 12" when I let her know it was suppose to be a 12" she got mad and told Amy to make it. She asked if i still wanted a bottle sprite that I already paid or online and when I replied yes she said fine its not gonna be cold though . I was beyond patient and both Crystal and Amy were rude and gave attituded to everyone. when I told them I have been patient and they have been nothing but rude they began to fight with me and even laugh saying this isn't us being rude its us being straight forward.
