I have been a loyal good customer of Aarons for over a decade. I have spent alot of hard earned money there not to mention the amount of referrals they have benefited from myself alone. I have always been happy with the service at my local store in Altus, Ok. That is until last month. I was getting ready to move & had been in touch with them for months about it bcuz i planned on making a substantial purchase. On July 16th i went into Aaron's and dealt with Tasha the manager for the first time. I ordered a Samsung fridge with french doors and a 55' Samsung SmartTV bundle with a PS4 1tb that had to be ordered it would be in within 2 days. I have gotten run around & disrespected by Tasha every since. I have been incredibly patient for a mother of 3 under 5 with no fridge. All Tasha would say is "I got you..Dont worry girl..i got you" & then act like we were doing something illegal or hush hush & this hushed shuffling went on until 08/06/19..from July 16th & i still dont have a fridge, tv, or ps4 so i told them to cancel my order after they lied about coming to my house & said i wasn't home when my entire family was home all day waiting for them & said they i was cussing them on the phone and all the calls are recorded which will show they lied. Finally we took our business to Rent A Center and Tasha from Aarons called and said we were bad customers even tho weve never even been late one time! Now my family cant get a fridge anywhere in town bcuz of a petty manager with a childish grudge. Im thinking of filing defamation of Character on Tasha & if i could rate her alone in the negative..i would! I will never go back to Aarons & i will stop anyone i ever hear thinking about taking their good...

They’ve always worked with me when I couldn’t make my payments on time, but something seriously needs to be done about the manager D.J. Absolutely no phone etiquette at all. I have couches and a bed I’m returning because I’m receiving some furniture from a family friend and when I called to ask her when they could come get it she said, they better be in PERFECT condition, they want the product back with absolutely no blemishes from being used and she’ll have to look and call me back then click. No goodbye and didn’t even give me a chance to tell her what days I’m available for the pick up so I had to call her back and tell her what days I would be available. The response I got was ok then click. Never got a call back. They also keep trying to charge a $10 home visit fee when I’m late even though they haven’t been coming to my house. And this is who is managing your company? And representing your brand?? Is this D.J. (Diedra) girl? You should be ashamed that this many people have reported how horrible her attitude is, that she is still there to treat others badly. I'm serisously considering ending my contract and taking my business elsewhere. I've never had a worse experience in doing business with any other company, EVER!! This means you could care less about how your employees treat, or talk to your customers, because I'm at least the 8th or 10th customer to write a review regarding her horrible customer service.
