Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Altus

I have no idea what has happened to this place. But ever since the new manager took over it's garbage. Has been this way for about 2 years and I have been told on several different occasions that they can't make regular deep dish pizza that they can only make the thin kind which for some reason is more expensive. Hot and ready? Hahaha more like we'll get to it when we get to it. They have bad manners, I have watched them literally lie to customers just to cater to someone else of preference I am guessing. My fiance asked for napkins while the lady was standing around on the phone and we had already got our food. So because the napkins are literally right there on top she just grabbed them and the woman yelled at her. On another occasion she ignored my fiance completely and some dude grabbed the napkins himself smiled and handed them to her, on even another occasion we ordered 6 pizzas and they gave us 3 napkins. 3!!! Not exaggerating. They have messed up our order on several occasions. We eat their pizza 2-3 times a month. If it wasn't for the economical prices which are increasing getting higher I wouldn't eat their burnt pizza at all. $5.45 hot and ready pepperoni pizza. GONE. This place is a shell of it's former self. They ought be ashamed of themselves. But they're probably to busy yelling...

It's not bad for the price it's a budget pizza personally dominoes and pizza hut is better with a wider variety but if you get the hot n ready not bad just don't order a combination pizza you will end up with a pepperoni and sausage pizza and they would not fix the guy said that it was a type of combination a meat combination which I've never heard of in my entire 38 yrs of existence ordering pizza from all over any pizza joints I've ever went to when you say combination it means a variety of everything combination means supreme anywhere else I've ever went the kid was young I don't think that they really take pride in their jobs there other than a couple in the back a couple of the ladies in the back actually look like they really do take pride in their jobs and making the dough and the pizza and looks like they work hard but the front counter people have some of the most horrible customer service skills customer service there is horrible but if you're looking for a budget Pizza for the price you really can't beat it but it's by far not the best pizza joint in town only reason I give it three stars is because of the price is reasonable for the quality other than that I would have gave it one or two stars I wouldn't...

So I love Little Caesars and I've been going there for years. I will not be going back to this one. My first visit was great. This past visit was horrible. I call in my order so that's it's fresh (I live more than 30 minutes away) and we love our breadsticks with extra garlic butter and parmesan but not this time. I was told it'd be ready in ten minutes when I called, which was probably my first clue, go in get my order and the pizza was NOT freshly made. You can tell fairly easily so when the cheese has formed up and only warm to the touch, it's been sitting for a while. The bread had hardly ANY extra anything on them. She told me that it was brushed over twice. 🤦 No no it hadn't. Kinda want my money back but definitely won't...
