I was in the Altus store on June 2, 2023 and witnessed something that has really been bothering me. A man had asked an employee for help with something. The employee immediately started assisting the customer. A few minutes later the manager came over and very rudely debased and verbally abused the employee for not stocking the shelves. I always thought helping a customer came first and all other duties were secondary. If the stocking were such an adamantly immediate necessity, the manager could have assisted the customer and sent the employee to stock the shelves, but that didn't happen. The manager was just disrespectful and verbal abused the employee right in front the entire store. That manager is unfit for a leadership position. If you ever need good clothing for a good price. Go to Bealls. They have a good selection of women's kids and even men's clothing and accessories. The staff there are very helpful with whatever needs you may need. Brianna was very kind and welcoming. With excellent customer service skills. She was very professional at her job.
