Technician admitted that he had never worked on my type of phone took it in to fix the main screen and he broke the glass on the camera on the back told me if I went and found it because he couldn't find it from his distributors that he would put it on for free which I found unacceptable and very unprofessional but then proceeded to lie to me and tell me that it would be 3 weeks before he got to park that he found it online Three weeks past went in he was actually transferred to another store to avoid having to deal with what he had done wrong have a video of him admitting he broke it promised he would fix it never happened went back after the 4th week got the runaround from employee on staff My opinion no one should ever shop here because they are only interested in making money not giving quality service then when they make a mistake it's their thought pattern to have you buy the broken part and they would put it on for free as if it was your responsibility to correct their mistake horrible service will never go there again if you do go...

Had 2 phones repaired 2 different times and was told I was a valued customer and the next time I would get a better deal about a year later I had a cracked screen so I got them to fix it put a case on it and next day I was texting on it and all the sudden a line came down the screen and started pushing buttons on its own took it back and asked if there was something they could do becuz I had not dropped it and it had a protective case on it now and was told I had to buy another screen at $130 I called the owner and he said he could do for $80 after I just payed $130 day before and had not damaged the phone.everywhere else I called to replacement screen was between $80-$100 max and I don't think I was a valued customer at all I see the screens online for $20-$30 and for a paying customer to again charge me $80 for a damaged screen that took 20 mins tops to repair i will never deal with them again very bad service...

I took my phone up here to get the back screen replaced. Took them 24 hours to fix it. They said the smallest piece in the camera part was broken, and that they had to order the piece.. They did give me a lender phone, so that was nice but super inconvenient. When I got my phone back, the back screen looked fine, so I left. Never got a receipt or anything. So that’s my fault! However, the flash (only when I take pictures) hasn’t worked since, and my camera has a hard time focusing! On top of that I bought a case from them. I’m not accident prone with my phone, and it’s always in a case. I’m not sure what happened but it had a small crack after a few days. I just left it in the case. Now I have a fully cracked back screen again. Just save your money. Go...
