My husband and I visited this drive thru on our way home (out of state, 8.5 hrs away) we were running ahead of schedule and were excited to grab a good burger and be on our way home. They were pretty busy, but it looked there was a good flow going and we weren't concerned. We placed our order, paid for our food, and pulled up to the "VIP" section, like they asked. As we were sitting there, another vehicle comes along and parks themselves right in front of us (no biggie, we thought they had ordered on the app or something.) We watched as a staff member brings them food and they pull away (again, us thinking that they ordered on the app and that's why they had gotten their food so quickly.)
Shortly after that, another staff member brings us an order that isn't ours. We tell him what we ordered, and he goes in to check on it. A few minutes later, he comes out and asks us again what we ordered. I repeated it. He went back in to check. In the meantime, other cars around us are getting their food and pulling away. Another staff member comes out and again asks what we ordered. This time I show them the receipt, give them the order number, and tell them what we ordered (we had specifics for our burgers as well. No onion for my husband, no tomato for me. I love onions on my burger. I was concerned in the confusion they wouldn't get it right. Which, they didn't.) The staff member then asks me to pull over to the red line to wait, so I comply. And we wait. And wait. And wait, the whole time watching other cars get their orders and leave. Mind you, we have an 8.5 hour drive ahead of us and we are no longer running ahead of schedule.
My husband finally goes in. He returns 10 or so minutes later, with our food (no onion on my burger :/). Thankfully the manager was very apologetic, and refunded our money. It was frustrating though to find out, they had given our order to the car that originally pulled in front of us and then, even after 3 different employees asked us for our order, they were not working on it until the manager had to tell them to make it, asap. We were there for no less than 45 minutes. I am choosing to believe this was an off day, but I strongly believe that receipts should be checked before giving food. A lot of frustration could be avoided.

10 minutes after I paid, I was handed my food. I looked in the bag and I was missing an apple pie.. I asked what happened to the pie.. the guy said oh.. yeah well do you want a lemon one? I said NO I wanted the apple I ordered.. he said well it will be 7 minutes... I replied .. why didn't you tell me earlier .. he said well.. we just didn't get to drop anymore apple pies and I figured you would just take the lemon pie. Not only was the order NOT complete but the food was cold and dry.. I called later that day and talked to the GM.. he talked down to me and made excuses..
5 days later I tried them again. BIG MISTAKE..
Short line, lobby closed LONG WAIT..well when I was handed my order I asked if it was all there.. he said yes. I checked the bag (2) double cheeseburgers were not there..I waited for him to come to the window . I asked where the burgers were, he said they're in one of the bags. I said look they're are NOT in there. He said oh. The shift leader comes out and said they're Still making them and for me to move around and they will bring them out. I asked if they were NOT ready then why would you hand me an incomplete order but tell me it's complete..
5 mins later burgers come out. I called and talked to her to ask what happened.. she said oh it's ok.. you got your food.. i said but I almost left with an incomplete order, because you all.said it was all there.. she replied but you didn't leave did you . I said but why would you had me an incomplete order .. she said but it's complete now right? I said but why would you give a customer an incomplete order and NOT tell him that the rest is coming and then make him drive around to wait even...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could do half a star or no star I would. This what a burger location has constantly messed up my extremely simple order multiple times. And they are extremely inefficient, for a location that has a duel drive through, they literally never use it. And therefore they get backed up with a massive line taking up the parking lot, all while your food gets made and left to sit and cool before you get to the window. Not only tonight, but multiple nights Iāve taken a bite out of not fresh burger, borderline cold. (I live literally 30 seconds across the street, so there should be absolutely no reason my food should be cold. At the least It should feel warm to the touch.) With tonight they actually messed up my burger, and I still had hopes it would be fine, yet I was met with extreme disappointment. I donāt even want to mention that the first fry I ate was literally cold in my mouth. Or that the two orders of gravy were also room temperature. I have wasted a bunch of money to this location, and have never made a complaint like this before. But after tonight Iāll be seriously considering ordering again. And if I do, and these problems persists. I will most definitely be speaking to a supervisor, and gladly voice all of...
