I will start by saying that the general manager there needs to manage her staff with her bossy attitude and not bring her bossy attitude towards the customers . If I could give zero stars, I would. They have the general manager working the drive-through. She obviously thought it was way beyond her means, and she should not be working the drive-through. Somebody must’ve called in sick or something. Most the time when I go there and somebody’s in the drive-through, they listen to you and take your order. I went there tonight and was specifying my order with extra onions and extra cheese on my burritos. Now keep in mind I’ve gone there a number of times and when I’ve ordered it just off the cuff with extra onions and extra cheese, Then I never get extra onions or extra cheese. Last night I went to Taco Bell and the regular person working in the drive-through listen to me and she actually made sure they added extra onions and extra cheese. So I was, Excited and like I really thought I could get that same order again done right. But when I got to the drive-through was the general manager on the speaker, and when I started to explain to her that I’ve had problems in the past with the orders, but I wanted to make sure I had extra onions and extra Cheese She kept interrupting me. I asked her I said please take my order and just stop interrupting me. The general manager was so cocky that she said look I’m not even gonna take your order you can just drive through. I’m like WTH. I’ve made a complaint with Taco Bell corporate but we’ll see how far that goes. But those of you that know me in the city asked me about this because there’s some other stuff that the general manager did that even escalated things further after I left. Read moreWell 1st thing i walk in wasnt greeted stood for bout 2 mins before i was even acknowledged.2nd the youg ladied that were working acted as if they were unhappy they were even there.the girl that finally decided to take my order pointrd over to the kiosk. I know that kiosk is there i didnt use it or wont use it.i know and see how many people touch that thing and its never washed so anyways this girl reluctantly done it.i shoul have walked out from the get go.with that being said. Ended up ordering a 9 dollar lux box .which is not the one i usually get.i tell her its the wrong one instead i would like the 7 dollar lux box.yeah it was exchanged..but guess what do you think she offerd me a refund for the price diff. No no she did not..so there i sit with a 9 dollar lux box that should of cost me 7 and if looks could kill while i sat and had my lunch i would have dropped dead.. i bet she was wishing she could of spit in my order but i was smart enough to watch the other girls make it . Read moreI took my family of 6 to have dinner after my sons school function. ordered $70 worth of food. went to get the drinks and they were out of large cups. Ok, that's fine. Medium will be ok, clerk didn't want to refund the difference. then we waited 35 minutes, which isn't bad, but 3/4 of our order was incorrect. no problem right. so I walk back up to the counter to have the mistakes corrected. 15 minutes later, I take the rest of the food to the table to discover its wrong in a different way, so let's try again... 20 minutes later, food remade. I take it to the table, and again, it's wrong... I dont understand... why is it so hard not to put cheese or tomatoes in burritos and add potatoes to a crunch wrap... neither tomatoes or cheese sauce can simply be taken off after the fact. the other food is cold at this point, and now we have to go try a 4th time... I stood and watched the guy behind the counter make it, and we had to tell him to stop as he tried to add cheese sauce again... this was the worst restaurant experience of the year. 10 out of 10 absolutely would not recommend... totaly...
