What a great store and service! Store was recommended by a family friend who had a great experience ordering sets of furniture for his son and had it delivered the same day a few years back at another location. Had a good impression of the store before coming in but got even better the moment I stepped in. Store had an amazing and wide selection of furniture and appliances, and inventory was quite solid with robust logistics and delivery support. Maria was super warm, welcoming, and attentive to our needs, constantly checking up on us to see if we needed anything. She gave us her honest opinion about pieces that would match design-wise and never pushed anything on us simply, because they were more expensive. She gave wonderful recommendations for which living, dining, and bedroom sets would match my new home. And while we hit a few snags with the electronic system during ordering which wasn't anyone's fault, she was always attentive and figured out solutions to any hurdles along the way. I was able to get delivery done the next day and even though there were some small adjustments to my order, Maria constantly kept me in the loop via phone calls, so I appreciated the open communication. Everything was delivered and assembled to my expectations, quickly and efficiently. Moving is a stressful time, and one encounters bumps along the way, literally and figuratively. Maria was able to help me navigate through those issues as they arose and remained flexible while solving problems. She assured that delivery of backordered items will be flexible in accordance with my schedule and not do worry. I will certainly return to this store to furnish the remaining rooms in my home. Read moreI found several refrigerators through the Kenmore page that directed me to the Sears Outlet (the nearest was Amarillo 2 hrs away). I drove all the way there and was so relieved to see they had a large selection in their stock of refrigerator/freezers. I needed a counter depth unit, and one of the sales people loaned me her tape measure and first helped me look around and get oriented.
I found 4 different fridges that were candidates with what we were looking for originally, but because of the big selection, we even found a better unit suitable for our needs. Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind, and once we purchased it and went to the back, Kevin and Ryan both were super helpful loading the heavy unit into my truck.
The people staffing the store were better than most of the places here where we live (I went to 5 stores in the morning just checking to see if we could find a fridge nearby and save the drive). If we need any other appliances in the near future, I would prefer to drive the two hours to the Sears Outlet in Amarillo than deal with people nearby. I have contacted the store on multiple occasions and nothing has been resolved, no one can give me an answer or an update on product that I am still paying for!! Angelica and Nick have done nothing for me , besides say I am so sorry… BLAH BLAH BLAH!!! Asked to get in contact with who ever is higher than them and all they can give me was an email… an EMAIL!!! Lmao!!! This company is a JOKE!! They sell refurbished/ customer returned items and that is way Samsung cannot further assist me when it comes to ordering the part. Also, the tech that came out through the warranty company came and took ONE look at my ice maker and said he could not find the part because the refrigerator was “fairly new” and advised me to contact Samsung to get the part number. So here we are 18 days later and nothing has been fixed, no tech in sight, two help tickets submitted with “corporate” and no response from them, BUT yet they keep taking out for payment.
