EXTREMELY disappointing birthday party experience. I booked a VIP suite for my son's birthday party. The major issues (in no particular order): 1.) I was told at the time I booked, the room would accommodate 50-55 people. FALSE! The room very nearly burst at the seams with the two small, 6-top tables and small side table that were in it. We were very quickly moved to a larger neighboring space, which was actually two separate areas with the room divider removed, and still would not have accommodated 50-55. Luckily we were about 15 short of that number since extra bodies would have meant extra heat, and it was miserable enough! 2.) Speaking of the heat...The party took place on a day with triple-digit temps outside and sadly, it felt like nearly the same temp inside. The AC was broken. It would have been great to have been informed beforehand and given the option to cancel or reschedule the party. Instead I, my son and our guests had to suffer through. The staff brought in a few fans and I propped the patio balcony doors open (the patio/balcony was a nice touch I wasn't expecting) to help get some air circulating, but it only helped a little. It was so hot, my son's cake was starting to melt and was doing its best impression of the Leaning Tower of Pisa by the time we got to that portion of the party. And two of my son's friends left the party within 40 minutes due to the heat. 3.) The room reservation came with a dedicated party host and while she (Jeanell) was great , the layout of the park is not at all properly suited for parties to be held on the upper floor and she spent nearly all of our party time running back and forth to the concession kitchen all the way downstairs. There is no elevator and I had ordered a lot of menu items since the only outside food we could bring was the cake. So I and a couple of the other parents ending up serving the food/drinks, instead of our host doing her job. It took so long to get all the food up there, we were already running over our allotted time. The (assistant?) manager, Mo, was very understanding and was able to accommodate us staying in the room for an extended time since there was no reservation after ours. 4.) My son and some of his friends told me the park staff were mean and had attitudes as well. One of them had to be rescued from the ball pit and he said they laughed at him. 5.) I paid a small fortune for this event and it is one of the most regrettable purchases I've ever made. I will not book another event here again. I have visited other Urban Air parks in different cities and although I hadn't ever been to this location, I thought it was a sound choice based on previous experiences. I. Was. Wrong. Mo, Jeanell, and the rest of the party staff were very gracious so I followed suit - very hot, sweaty and uncomfortably. They (and the fact that, all things considered, the kiddos still had a decent time) are the reason I gave it 2 stars. I may have given 3 if a discount , which was more than warranted, had been offered and applied to my purchase due to the circumstances. I understand some were out of their control, but they were certainly out of mine as well. I paid a LOT of money for a SUBPAR event. Being a consumer with a choice, I choose to make this my one-off experience with this Urban...

Its been a month since we went here. Today is May 30, 2023. Buying the monthly memberships is still NOT an available option at the park. However, online, for a limited time (until June 18, 2023), they have a promotion that if you buy the $13.99/month unlimited play, you can get one month free. So I placed 2 monthly memberships in my cart for my 2 boys and ended up paying $10.81 (that's for the $9.99 one time fee plus tax). So that means both of their 1st month membership are FREE. Please be aware that this membership will tie you in a 12-month contract. But looking at the pros (vs. cons), buying at the park the ultimate pass for $27.99 (to go through all the courses) or the deluxe pass for $21.99 (some courses not available for you) JUST for the entire time you're there (for example, 2 hours only), the $13.99/month is very much worth it especially if you live in Amarillo, because you can come back every day of the month! plus you get a snack (popcorn and fountain drink) every visit!
My review on Grand Opening Day, April 22, 2023: Beware buying tickets at the trampoline park. Go to the website first and purchase tickets there. Amarillo residents can get the Ultimate Pass for 50% off. Best bang for your buck is to get their monthly membership. BUT, we tried to get their membership at the trampoline park and we were told to do it online... I mean what's the point of advertising it at the park if you can't sell it to us there?
We ended up paying for 2 deluxe passes for $21.99 each child... buy the tickets online and you can get the Ultimate Pass for only $13.99 (50% off of $27.99)... so yeah... not a good start... then, one of my kids went to the warrior course (which was included on their deluxe passes!) and we were told he can't go because we didn't pay for it (I mean, it's right there on your price board --- warrior course is still under deluxe pass!). I had to let out MY Karen mode, and had to talk to a manager. I didn't get to talk to a manager, though, but instead a guy helping out the owners, he claimed he was. He refunded our payment so I guess that made the trip here FREE.
Also, their trampoline socks are $3.50/pair.
It's Grand Opening today, April 22. SATURDAY. 😒
But I'll still be back to check on the monthly membership when...
Read moreWish I could give this place more stars but after yesterday I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon... My daughter prefers this jump place due to all the activities and attractions available. The price seems high but it's actually not bad with all the attractions and no time limit of being there. That being said yes you pay for unlimited but it's not like there are employees checking the wrist bands at the attractions except for 2 of them. With such little supervision many kids are doing whatever they want and older kids I've noticed tend to pick on and bully the younger ones. My daughter was targeted during dodgeball because she was the only little black kid in there and the kids in there were vocal about aiming for the "black girl" even going as far as to tell her that her skin looks like mud. Two older girls that were way too big for the little kids playground area decided to yell in my daughters face when she tried standing up for herself and her little friends she made. On the balance beam two older kids kept trying to harass my girl because they were cousins and wanted to go against each other but also didn't want to get off and take turns. Even in line for the rope course the staff there weren't checking if kids actually met the height requirements and were talking to kids about how they hate their boss... besides that the staff that I did see seemed great all loved by most kids I saw interact with them but they need more on the floor watching and making sure rules are being followed and making sure everything's going well. When I was leaving I went to the desk but no one was there or came up after a few minutes of waiting for someone to come up. I get it was super busy with it being a weekend and end of spring break but that should have been accounted for...
