I arrived at about 10:50 PM, yes I know, about 10 minutes before closing. I pulled into a stall and hit the red button, and the staff member was extremely rude upon first greeting. I asked for a burger and she replied “Ok, with ketchup, mustard, or what?” Her tone was more unsettling than the words she replied with. I then asked for a milkshake, and she replied that they were out of ice cream. This took me by surprise so I said, “You’re out of ice cream?” And she again rudely replied “Yeah, we’re out.” Being a franchise widely known for their burgers, shakes, and slushes, I find this hard to believe. I find it more likely that the staff at this location did not want to fulfill an order so close to closing time, especially considering the woman’s attitude during her responses. I cancelled my order and left, very unsatisfied. I understand sometimes in the fast food business, some options may not be available at all times, but being completely out of ice cream is a little unbelievable. I was going to order some food, but was told that they do not carry chicken strip sandwiches, but was offered a chicken strip dinner instead. I asked for something different and they left it off the order, so I gave up on ordering food. After I got to the window the employee left off 1 of the drinks and slammed the drive through window after bringing it to her attention and said that it was fine and that we would just take the drinks we had paid for. This all happened after waiting over 10 minutes and pressing the button 3 times only to never have our order taken in a stall, yet they answered the lady who pulled into the next stall nearly immediately.
Possibly the worst experience I have ever had at a sonic. The wrong half-order was not at all worth the wait or the attitude the child gave us the entire time in the drive through.

Expect to be in line for over an hour at this sonic, having to scream at the speaker because no matter how loud you are they can't hear, and then to wait over forty minutes to be served cold food by colder servers. The place seems constantly busy due to how slow the service is and for every car that enters two leave without an order. Had a really simple order and ended up waiting fifteen minutes at the window today after paying, knocked on the window, honked my horn, tried to get the two servers attention who were there and was ignored while cars behind me kept leaving - ended up having to go to a parked spot and demand a manager before I finally got any degree of actual service after being in line for almost an hour, and that was just to get a refund so I could leave.
