If i could leave 0 stars i would. I came in and asked how much it was to mount and balance 3 tires that i have the girl tell me is it new or used i said new then she proceeds to ask me if i bought them there or somewhere else i told her somewhere else. She then says 60 dollars a tires im like what!!!! Even if its new??? And she goes yea thats what my manager said im like no thank you thats fine then she goes and says let me ask my manager again i was like ok then she comes back and says i can do 100 for all 3 im like ok ill do it but how did he get 60 per tire then??? So i proceeded to pay the 100 they take my truck in about to start putting jacks in then the so called “manager” comes and says stop stop stop! To the service technician then come and knocks on my window and said they messed up on the price and its 100 per tire im like what!!! Hes like yeah there big tires and she told you wrong i told him that the price you gave her i was nice and didnt argue amd said no thx i will just go somewhere else then he goes inside get me my money comes out and says i can do 225 like bro thats still horrible for 3 tires then he tells me you drive 100k truck you can afford it like what??? Theres one thing doing service and another taking advantage of me got out of there as soon as i could after that went over to SOUTHERN TIRE MART THEY DID IT FOR $30 bucks a tire mounted and balanced dont waste your time at this shop go to southern tire mart they help people out not take...

Very poor job. Bought brand new tires and afterwards my truck shook like a leaf. I took it back to they said they rebalanced my tires but I had the same problem. Never has my truck shook like that. They told me to bring it back to them and would have someone drive it so they could see. I did that and their manager Eric refused to let anyone look at it and proceeded to tell me it was my shocks and I needed an alignment. I tried that and my shocks were good and didn't need an alignment. So I took my truck to another tire shop. Every single tire was way way off balance. So I paid to have the rebalanced. Now my truck is smooth again. No thanks to Texas Tires. Was told they would reimburse me but they hang up on me or put me on hold forever. Very poor service and would not correct their mistakes and try to tell you anything to get rid of you when they do mess up. Never take your vehicle to them. I won't. If you do i wish you the...

Let me set the scene for you.. it’s 6pm, I’m a little over halfway through my trip from Louisiana to Colorado then boom I get a blowout in Amarillo. Looked up online found this place it said they close at 7 so I had my girlfriend call and tell them we were on the way and make sure they could get to us before they close. They said come on.

I get there at 6:40, kind of tired because we’ll I been driving 13 hrs straight and I just had to change a tire while simultaneously dodging 18 wheelers who are texting..and the so called “manager” tells me and I quote “We can sell you the tire but we can’t put it on for you”

What??? So I explained my whole situation and she said “I wish we could help you but they already put the racks back.” What? It says you close at 7 and we called
