Golden Lotus Restaurant — Restaurant in Amarillo

This was an unmitigated disaster. The food was way overpriced to start with. The cheese wontons were okay. Everything else was bland or simply not what we ordered. The sesame chicken and sweet and sour chicken we ordered both were just unseasoned chicken nuggets, the kind you can buy in bulk at any sam's club. We specifically asked for soy sauce but got a wad of red peppers in oil. All the other sauces were so watered down as to be flavorless. The pork fried rice I ordered was chicken instead, and was likewise bland and unseasoned. We ordered our meal to go and the staff was friendly and gave us free drinks while we waited, so they get some credit, but the whole meal, most of which went uneaten, went...

The food was good . However the server was not . She seamed lost and unsure of our order. She mumbled when speaking. Other people dining in at the same time did not like the service either . I did not tip once paying , which is not like me to not tip , but this is how horrible she was. Incorrect pricing on egg rolls. Said 3.99 on on their menu 6 months ago updated it said and the girl couldn't give me a straight answer. Felt like she was dishonest. and I was charged 8.64 at the same restaurant. So a total of 18 dollars for a large combo plus the 8.64 for the egg rolls today when yesterday I paid 23 dollars yesterday for the same thing yesterday both combined. If anybody reads this report...
