If I could give a zero or negative star I would. BEWARE of the owner. Her name is MARIA she is a SCAMMER. She has two stores, one in Amarillo and another in Lubbock Texas. My fiance and I were planning to have a wedding in Amarillo but had to cancel due to some issues. We had made a more than 50% deposit of the full price in advance to secure our spot last November 2021. Our wedding was for July 2022. We started calling her in February to tell her of our changes and she never answered. We even had our friends use their number to call but no answer for 2 months. I finally tried texting her and she kept telling me that she will call back the next day.SHE NEVER DID. My fiance tried texting her and said that she is sick. It was hard to go to the store because we lived out of the state. We were able to get a friend to stop by her store and she told him we couldn't get a refund because its too late into the month and that she had bought the products already. Which is not true cause we hadn't fully discussed the colors I wanted. She then tells my friend that she doesn't speak any English which is weird because she spoke very good English when we paid the deposit the months before. So her worker had to translate while she yelled at us in Spanish over the phone. She said the best she can do is give us credit for the store. Like we don't need any of the stuff. And if a deposit was non refundable she should have told us in the beginning or answered our phone call that she put straight to voicemail everytime we called. Like what if I wanted to make changes to what I wanted!!!!! DO NOT GO TO HER STORE. Find someone else u can trust or at least is willing to...

Owner is a liar... one of her employees stole a priceless shadow box from my mother's party for the cash that was in the box! The shadow box contained original wedding photos and invitation from 50 yrs ago!... All on video!! When we notified them and showed them the proof. She told us she fired him... thats not the case! So she allowed him to keep his job after he stole from her customer 😡 that was last time we will ever use...

I just bought a bed at Lluvia Imports in Dumas Tx about a 2 weeks ago and the box mattress already broke. Cheap wood product. Pay close to $2300 for the bed set. I don't recommend this stores for bedroom sets at all. Lesson learned. Funny part they can't say I set it up wrong cause they put it together...
